Even though the roads were congested due to election parade, Osvaldo was patient. He found a way to drop us right at our hotel. He kept us engaged in good conversation though the trip.

We used them for arrival and departure. They were outstanding. Osvaldo and Vinnie are Excellent drivers, punctual, good communicators and very pleasant. Osvaldo gave us so many good recommendations for sightseeing, shows and restaurants. Much appreciated. Their cars are clean comfortable and able to accommodate 2 suit cases and 2 carry ons. The same cannot be said for uber and the taxis. Well worth the price. No hesitation in using them again on our next trip to Rio

The driver we had was on time and very friendly. He showed us some sights while taking us to the hotel and made my initial experience in Brazil safe and welcoming!

Driver's company was in constant communication via email and WhatsApp. He was waiting for me exactly where he said and with a sign with my name. Water and music was provided on the way and my luggage was taken to the front desk.

Removing one star because our initial driver canceled. They said it was due to a problem. They sorted it out but we have to wait for the new driver to arrive. Good thing I have phone service and saw their whatsapp message when we were about to leave the luggage area. However for the price you would expect that someone is already waiting for you as you get off the airport.

Never responded to communication the day before. Never showed up at the airport. A total disaster. Don’t book with them

We had issues with our flight and the driver was not flexible with the time to pick up and so we ended up losing our service and couldn’t rebook for a later time (same day) when we actually arrived. Paid money for nothing and was hard to communicate to the service provider during a very difficult time at the airport. Everything else went wrong that day I was hoping at least one arrangement would have been able to be pushed back so we would have a ride in a foreign country. Very disappointed.

Booking was very easy, both the airport and other pickup. Both Carla and Larissa were quick to reply and were great at making sure I was up to date on my bookings. The drivers were respectful, professional and on time. I had issues with my luggage not arriving in Brazil and I took longer than expected, the driver was made aware and waited longer than needed which as a single traveler I REALLY appreciated. Will be using this company again in my future visits.

Overall a nice ride from the airport. My driver was not in a suit and there was no water offered which would have been nice in the heat. With the extra traffic for carnival my driver was late picking me up so that was a bit concerning.

Our driver was waiting for us at the arrivals area which was perfect for us as we were very tired after our journey to Rio. His vehicle was clean and the aircon was welcomed.

I sent the following message to the service provider via the Viator "message provider" link the afternoon before our scheduled airport transfer on Jan. 6: Our flight into Rio has been delayed for some of our group and won't land until 10AM January 6. We need to reschedule our transfer. Please let me know if this is possible. Our flight was originally scheduled to arrive in Rio at 8:20. They likely used WhatsApp to correspond with their clients which I do not use. We were NOT provided with enough details about pickup time and location. We eventually hired a taxi to take us to our hotel.

Our driver was Carlos. He was on time, kind and spoke English really well. The entire ride from the airport to our airbnb was seamless. I would highly recommend this company for a transfer.

The response is a little minimal, but once they know you’ve landed they are very responsive and patient. Car was extremely clean and driver was great!

Never showed up. Tried to message no response. Incredibly disappointed. Had tired children with me after a long flight waiting at arrivals for 15 minutes looking around. Ended up having to get a Taxi. I am looking for ways to get a refund. AVOID THIS PROVIDER.

We spent 20 minutes looking for him and and I was unable to reach the company by phone. When we did locate him, he spoke no English, so not a great experience.

We were staying at a hotel in Barra da Tijuica which is quite a distance from the airport. It was our first time in Rio and decided to book this hassle free transport instead of looking for the Uber location outside the terminal. Well worth the extra money as it wasn't that much more!

We had 2 large pieces of luggage and 1 small carry-on. Although the car was small, he managed to fit everything in the trunk. We were provided with 1 bottle of water and a snack for the 40 minute drive to our hotel.
