We had a blast learning all about Brazilian seafood and culture with Chef Alex! He was great and we had great vibes, laughs and even better food tonight. This was our girls spring break trip and this just was the cherry on top to an amazing trip!

Chef Alex brought me and my friends such a great, unique experience! We got so lucky that the four of us got a private class and more than enough food. From start to finish we learned and laughed a lot. We got to try the food as we went to still eat a full plate of food at the very end. And of course, dessert! Most importantly chef was welcoming, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. While we did cook ourselves he 100% let us through the way and gave us an unforgettable night.

The Brazilian Seafood BBQ class was an amazing experience. Chef Alex and his assistant made the experience both fun and knowledgeable. Not only did my group get hands-on cooking experience, but we also learned some Brazilian history as well as how to make the signature Brazil alcoholic drink, caipirinha. I would definitely recommend whoever is visiting Rio de Janeiro Brazil to definitely book this and experience it for yourself.

Did the Seafood BBQ with Alex and it was an amazing experience!! He was extremely accommodating for the people who had allergies, constantly adjusting the menu, and allowing everyone to enjoy. He was very very funny and kept everyone engaged the entire time. We got to cook a TON of dishes and the class was very hands on. The food was also one of the best dishes I had during my time here. One of my favorite experiences here, I loved it and would definitely recommend/

Me and my girlfriend went to the foos cooking class almost purely for Hayza she made the fruit tasting experience so fun when she told us she does the cooking class too we booked it as soon as we got back to the hotel!! The Food was amazing and the Caipirinha‘s were dangerously good !! We had a very fun time eating drinking and laughing with Hayza again!!! Hayza was amazing! The food was outstanding and the instruction was perfect. You could participate as much or as little as you wanted. Half our group of 10 just made and drank caipirinhas and half helped with cooking (which they wanted to do.) Great experience. Great food. 10/10!

This was my 1st time taking a cooking class and I enjoyed the experience. The food was simple and flavorful. I would recommend anybody to experience brazilian culture through this cooking class.

Carina was our teacher and she was wonderful. We learned about different local foods, made caipi's the way it should be done! And learned about how to prepare octopus, which i was especially interested in. All in all it was a really wonderful time.

We were messed around. They took payment confirmed and then last minute told us there was no chef for Friday but the could accommodate on Saturday. Friday came so I checked with them. After many messages and calls they did not have a chef for Saturday! We missed another excursion because of them not being honest early. They also confirmed we were the only two. I think the price is too high.
