Incredibly noisy area and hotel. Noise everywhere. Parties, loud music untill 11-12PM, high volume music even from their own restaurants, cars and motobikes running all night . Noise from streets. Noise from their own HVAC system wich is close to the windows on the left side. Definately not worth the price we payed. Wouldnt stay here again for free. Couldnt sleep at all.
We had a fantastic stay here for 6 nights. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Even though we had made a booking mistake on our end, the team was incredibly flexible and went above and beyond to find a solution and make sure everything worked out smoothly. The facilities are truly 5-star, and we especially loved the SPA. The restaurants were excellent, with great food and service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We felt genuinely well cared for and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Just a Wonderful Experience We stayed two nights, and enjoyed the full 3 hours of spa time each day. The breakfast was also really large and had everything you could ask for. The only two minor issues were that the showers temperature was fluctuating and the AC was turned off initially. We were able to instantly get the AC issue resolved by calling the main desk. Turns out it has to be activated by the hotel staff.
We went as a family of four with two teenagers in the month of February as a one night stop on our way to another destination. The room was spotless clean and very pretty with a sea view. Fairly large for a European hotel we had plenty of room for all the suitcases. There is underground parking available which is a plus as parking is difficult in this part of Rimini. The highlight of the stay was the pool and spa. Very modern facilities: heated pool with access outside, Finnish sauna, wet sauna, relaxing rooms, hot tubs, rain shower. We had our nails done at the spa as well as massages. This was perfect for a rainy February afternoon in Rimini. Front desk staff helped us with restaurant suggestions. Very nice overnight stay.
Incredible all around! The hotel is right across from the beach. It’s beyond amazing. The rooms are large with great AC, amenities, etc. Service and staff are exceptional. The location is amazing-close to all great restaurants. Breakfast buffet has lots of variety. No complaints at all. Definitely stay there again!!
