I stayed for 3 nights and similar to another reviewer I was also really surprised by the high rating of this hotel. The room was really quite disappointing compared to what I'd been sold. I stayed on the 4th floor in a classic room, however on their website it appears the photos are actually of their superior room so it felt rather miss sold from the pictures. One example is the shower was really just a box compared to the photos listed. Additionally soundproofing was largely nonexistent, I could hear everything from the corridor. The air con was also very hit and miss, it sometimes accepted my card and other times didn't, and sometimes cut itself out for no apparently reason. The mattress was also super saggy. Also as a regular user of Nuxe Reve de Miel (my daily face wash is from the range), including having used branded hotel miniatures elsewhere, the hand and body washes did not smell like Nuxe Reve de Miel and it felt like the bottles had been topped up by some cheaper products. The whole room could have done with a refresh in my opinion. Breakfast was okay, the scrambled eggs were clearly from powder and the boiled eggs were over cooked. There was a limited cooked range but the cake selection was vast and the fresh fruits were good. Service was reasonable too. A shame as it could have been a good experience if it wasn't for the poor quality of the room.

Friendly professional Reception staff, great breakfast with such a variety of choices, and a small cosy heated pool - how can you ask for more? And the renovated rooms are quite nice.
We had an excellent week stay here - the hotel is ideally located for the beach and for many good restaurants. Now that there is a new entrance to the railway station, it is quick to walk there along Viale Trieste. Staff in reception and breakfast were all very friendly and helpful; special thanks to Adriano for organising flowers in our room for our wedding anniversary. We were also offered a free cocktail in the bar on a night if our choice, which was beautifully served. The rooms all face sideways as the front of the building is private apartments. However they have balconies from which you can see the sea. Soundproofing and air conditioning were good in our room.
We were looking for a hotel from a well-known group close to the beach in Rimini, and Rimini Artis turned out to be the perfect choice. Its location fully met our expectations—we could reach the beach, restaurants, and shops with just a short walk. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and friendly. At the reception, we received a voucher for sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, along with fresh beach towels provided daily. The breakfast buffet was quite generous, with seating available both indoors and outdoors. The balconies were spacious and furnished with chairs and a table, making them very comfortable. Although our room was listed as a "partial sea-view room," we were still able to enjoy the beach scenery very well. I would be happy to recommend Rimini Artis.
We had a great stay! We booked one of the apartment and had a partial view of the beach. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has its own parking station, but the parking spots are rather small, it's pretty hard to park a middle class car or a SUV.
