Aqua Hotel

Nice clean rooms, everybody from the hotel staff extremly polite, helpfull, smaller but nice pool, close to the beach and Rimini promenade. Recommend if in Rimini.

We had a wonderful family stay at Aqua Hotel in Rimini. The hotel is modern, spotless, and located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach and Marina Centro. The staff was always friendly, professional, and happy to help. The highlight of our stay was definitely the restaurant. Every evening we enjoyed a different à la carte menu with several choices for each course, featuring high-quality local ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The food was far above what we expected from a half-board hotel. We also appreciated being able to choose the wine served with dinner. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, and the children’s menu was a nice touch for families. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, Aqua Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rimini.

The room was spacious and the mattress probably the most comfortable one I've ever slept on. But the highlight was the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful, they made us feel like part of the family. On our last day we completely missed breakfast, but the host not only brought back the food for us but also offered to cook something specifically for us. The location is perfect - a few minutes from the water - and they give you free bikes to use. Would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our time in Rimini full of great places to eat and explore. That’s exactly why we didn’t choose a high-quality hotel: we planned to be out and about most of the time. The hotel itself was okay for 4*, food acceptable, and the restaurant staff stood out for their friendliness and attention. For that, we are thankful. However, I’m writing this review especially for families with kids because child charges are insane. For example - Baby cot: €30 per night - 50€ for a dinner for one day (in case of half board). Even if your child takes only small portion of pasta - you will be Charged 50€ It was our fault that we didn’t check the message they left for us on a booking account but nevertheless it was very disappointing that no one on the reception even reminded us on these charges. I understand they didn’t have to but in spite of any additional charges professional hotel staff is usually emphasizing transparently additional costs. I tried to find a solution and to agree on adequate dinner costs for a child but no chance. charging 50€/dinner for 3 y.o. child eating small portion of pasta is ridiculous but for the hotel is just business. As mentioned we also had half board - it was not bad but anyway it’s better to eat outside. Much more choice. double-check every bill, we have been charged extra 50€ and it has been more than a week ago and we still didn’t get money back. Rimini is beautiful. Just choose your hotel with care.
