The hotel staff are very friendly, welcoming, and polite. The location is excellent. It was ideally located close to the Old Town, shopping centre, bus station, train station, and parks. The breakfast was fantastic. I also really appreciated the lemon and mint-infused water they provided in the lobby to help guests refresh themselves. I had some every time I passed by, it was such a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower area could have been more enclosed, as the entire bathroom gets wet when you take a shower. It is an older hotel, but the interior is practical and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. If I ever come back to Riga, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!

I checked in here after staying 3 nights at the Kempinski grand hotel,so my standards were very high—yet the Opera Hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations! The absolute highlight of my stay was the front desk staff, specifically Cynthia and Teresa. They are truly exceptional and make any guest's stay memorable. Cynthia has a constant smile that puts you in a great mood at any time of the day, and Teresa welcomes you with fantastic sweetness and kindness. Honestly, I would return to this hotel just to experience their wonderful hospitality again! Beyond the service, the rooms are very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the overall sleep quality is excellent. The breakfast is truly varied and of outstanding quality; for a 4-star hotel, I have absolutely nothing to complain about—it is simply superb. Outstanding value for money. Highly recommended!

The staff at the Opera Hotel was so accommodating for our large group of performers coming for the Gaudeamus festival. They were all very friendly, the rooms were perfectly neat, and the breakfast was lovely. Thank you to the staff for all their help with the luggage storage, we are so grateful! Highly recommend for a super central and comfortable hotel.

Beautiful hotel with a very stylish interior and great attention to detail. The room looked exactly like the photos and was comfortable and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, with a lovely park nearby and only about a 10-minute walk from the heart of the Old Town. What truly stood out was the service. The team was incredibly kind, accommodating, and went out of their way to help with every request. Their hospitality was outstanding!
