Hestia Hotel Jugend

Standard room. Spacious and clean. Bathroom really good. Located very central and 7-8 minutes walk to Riga old town. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was varied with good quality food and good coffee. Parking at the hotel cost 20 € per night. Which is a fair price.

Overall a pretty good hotel. Rooms a bit old fashioned. A bit far away if you want to explore the old town etc. We used the Bolt app to get around as otherwise there would have been too much walking. Breakfast was ok as it was included in the room price. Bathroom was clean and we had room with bath. I normally have pictures, but I forgot them on this trip.

Stayed here for the Rimi Riga Marathon 2026. The staff were amazingly helpful with information about getting around the city, places to see, and places to eat. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms was basic and quite small, cold (as the heating was off "for the summer season") and the shower had low pressure. About a 10 minute walk into the main part of town, via the parks which are lovely.

Left my skincare item and called instantly (when they started to clean the room). Called so many times, they said that the item was not found. I remembered I left it, and called after we left. How could it be gone? I think it was stolen. Just because it’s easier that way. The rooms themselves are so nice and we would’ve come back, but now we cannot trust this hotel.
