They are extremely helpful! The hotel is price-performance and the staff is perfect. I had to leave hotel earlier and they gave me the refund of the other day! That’s insane. Excellent service. Thanks!

Perfect location! Close to everything you'll need as a tourist. The room was good sized too. We had the sauna room and that was a nice bonus to have on a cold, snowy day. The lady at the reception was exceptional as well.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at the hotel, breakfast was tasty and a reasonable choice. They let me leave my bag at the reception for a few hours after checking out. Very close to both the bus station and the city centre. Literally walking distance to all the main attractions. Check-out is at 12 which is very handy. I can recommend this place. The only thing to note is that on my booking it said I would have a city view, but in reality I had the view of the internal “yard”, enclosed space. But maybe that’s why it was quiet.

The hotel is located right at the entrance of the Old Town and by the underground passage which allows to access the movie theater and the train station in just few minutes! Me and my husband were very pleased with our stay here this summer! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean. My favorite part was the breakfast buffet!! So many choices and everything was so fresh and delicious!! We would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone!!
