Story Tour Of Old Lyon For Children

We had the storytelling tour in the Vieux Lyon. We really enjoyed it : the guide was great with perfect rythme and play, the story is well designed and we discovered lot of interesting spots. I would say this is the perfect way to discover a city, specially with children.

This is the storytelling tour of Old Lyon (discord in the printing house). Good time spent with the family, the story is well put together and engaging, it motivates the children. And we go through some very beautiful places in Old Lyon. The host, Agent O, was perfect!

This is the fifth visit I have made with Cybele; simply put, my goal is to do them all! The format is fun and original, the guides are funny and friendly, and I appreciate the quality of their work, especially the sources cited at the end of the visit. Just to (re)discover Lyon, with family or friends: go there, you will definitely have a good time!

Chloe, our bright guide, took us far beyond the streets of Lyon. My niece and I loved following Lisette’s adventures and discovering her world. It was very interesting, stimulating, funny and thrilling (for both children and adults!). Thank you for offering this kind of walk 🫰🏻

Cybele’s actors are seasoned in exercise, especially in tourist places like Old Lyon. They are very attentive and very professional. They know how to capture the attention of the youngest audience and infuse culture through the art of storytelling and song but also through that of play. We have done many of the guided tours offered by the association and do not get tired of them. It's always a treat.

As usual Cybele makes me and my daughter have a great time. It's funny, rhythmic, very pleasant and time flies at one of these speeds! This is my sixth visit and it's always a pleasure.

Listening to an actor tell us a wonderful story while walking around Lyon and discovering key info, places and anecdotes: fun moment not to be missed. Recommended to all. This tour took us to 16th century Lyon. The guide , with tasty anecdotes, made us have a very pleasant time. We will return without hesitation.

Our child loved the story that was created by Cybèle and a few weeks later is still singing songs associated with the visit.

Once again, Chloe, Agent C, proved to be exciting and very talented; Old Lyon has almost no secrets for us. My 2 grandchildren aged 10 and 12 were passionate; I will take my 2 other grandchildren from their next stay in Lyon. All 4 had loved the visit to the Croix-Rousse following in Jirôme’s footsteps

Our daughter loved the visit, she was captivated by the story and the counter. This tour is great for children, but also parents, to discover the traboules of old Lyon.

We visited old Lyon for kindergartens with our sons of 4 and 7, a visit quite suitable for these ages. The storyteller, Agent L, is great, she knows how to captivate the little ones, make them observe the monuments, she makes them sing and play for an hour! They were super happy with their visit, we too, and we continue to sing the Spaghetti lion song at home!!:)

Storytelling and therefore fictionalized rather playful though a little short (1h15)... As far as I am concerned I should have chosen the classic tour organized by the tourist office because I could compare by doing the visits "From Fourvière to the Saône and La Maison des Canuts and the slopes of the Red Cross" with Fabienne (tourist office) and I clearly preferred...

Mon petit fils nous en parle depuis 2 jours et à tenu à refaire l itinéraire de cette visite avec son grand frère afin de lui parler des divers personnages rencontrés. Nous offrons ou faisons des que l occasion se présente des visites avec Cybèle et à chaque fois le charme nos conteurs et de leurs histoires agit....

Great tour that allows you to learn a lot about the history of the city in a fun way. We had a great time!

A very good afternoon with family and company of Manuela who accompanied us for this visit. This is really a nice way to visit a city, while having fun and tasting local specialties. Quizzes and dividing the group into several “teams” add a little spice to the experience but the good thing is that we all stay together throughout the tour. It is a great experience if you want to visit Lyon otherwise, even for the inhabitants of the city they discovered things!!!

Agent C picked us up on arrival at the Lyon Fair, our friends Manceaux and us. We loved this trip back in time, the encounter with the characters, the must-see places of old Lyon. Our 11-year-old daughter was not excited, at first glance, by this umpteenth visit of old Lyon... She was finally seduced. This visit is a good formula, proof that history can be approached in a playful way. Obviously in 1.5 hours it is not exhaustive, but it makes you want to gossip a little, read, document and then come back to the Cybele team for other adventures... Recommended, for travelers from 7 to 107 years.

We took the gastronomic tour of Old Lyon yesterday morning. There were 20 of us, we all loved it. Olivier was a great guide. This visit was pleasant both for its originality and its unfolding. We learned a lot while having fun. This changes traditional visits.

I made this storytelling tour with two of my grandchildren and they were delighted by their visit. The storyteller is charming and her speech perfect.

The proposed visit is certainly fun but also very rich in information. We were a bunch of merchants from Flanders, the wheels turned into donkeys, the cars into carts. The visit was a light on a moment in the life of a neighborhood, on an era too. I very much appreciated the small point of correction at the end where the actor explains the freedoms he was able to take with History.

I participated in the search for Melody cow with my two nieces, very nice visit for children with a very nice storyteller. It was a very pleasant time:)
