We were notified by Viator a day prior that this tour Was canceled. We continued to get confirmations for it happening, so tried to contact your operator to determine whether tour was on or off. No reply except additional confirmations. Went today at scheduled 3 pm time and no one was there with orange umbrella or flag. So far when we press refund button nothing happens. Disappointed and frustrated!
The guide was very knowledgeable and passionate. The walk was easy and we covered many areas, and learned quite a lot about this lovely city.
No one just showed up at the meeting point. Having paid in advance for the tour they had neither the decency nor the education to advise that the tour is cancelled. I hope I can get the money back. I admit that errors sometimes occur but to collect at the time of booking, oh! chance there are never errors.
