Matteo was great, showed us around and knew the history about the landmarks. He allowed time for photo shots with shade. He was very safety conscious.

Cècile and Lylou were fabulous. Our family had a great time. Saw lots of Lyon and good history lessons. She was very friendly.

Riding through Lyon was wonderful and especially through the park! I never expected to see a zoo during the ride.

it was an interesting tour inspired by a very active and charming girl. she did a good mixture of passing on knowledge with requesting of attantion by asking questions and brought us to nice places!

Tip: In Lyon, there are many stations where you can rent a public bike for a nominal fee with the simple tap of a credit card. These stations are better priced, more reliable, and more honest than the operators of ComhiC. My booking experience was the first bad sign. I requested a private e-bike tour, the company was slow to respond, and eventually sent booking paperwork riddled with mistakes (wrong kind of tour, wrong price, etc). Tip: check and double-check any documentation from this company. It got worse when, due to flooding on the Rhone river, my river cruise was rerouted, and I could not make it to Lyon for my scheduled tour. I explained to ComhiC that I was unable to get to Lyon due to weather circumstances beyond my control, and instead of showing sympathy, they mocked me by asserting the weather was “great” in Lyon. Here are the business’ own words (quotation from their email): “It is written that WE are able to cancel in case of bad or dangerous weather (such as heavy rain or wind). However, the weather in Lyon is great, the tour can take place.” Later, when I requested a refund, the business tried to rewrite history by falsely claiming to have offered alternate accommodations that they in fact had never offered. I could understand a company’s point of view if they were to firmly insist that their booking was non-refundable (not the kindest customer service, but understandable). But it is incomprehensible why Comhic makes up false excuses and mocks their customer’s bad luck when trying to justify their refusal to issue a refund. In fairness, if you are lucky enough for good weather, no transit delays, and no mistakes by ComhiC, the experience may be ok. But if anything goes wrong, ComhiC will look out for itself, not you. If you must do business with ComhiC, don’t give them your credit card number, and pay only in cash when (and if) they have actually delivered the promised experience. ComhiC may reply to this review, but since they have a habit of making false excuses, be skeptical of any claims they make in reply.

Friendly and knowledgeable guide, very good quality bikes and easy cycling. Lyon has less to see than some other cities. We visited on an overcast day, I’m sure that it would be better in the summer. It was good to visit the Tete D’Or park. A highlight for me was seeing the giraffes as they came out of their enclosure in the park zoo. We only had a morning to sightsee. This was an efficient way of seeing all of Lyon along the rivers and. was a pleasant way of passing a couple of hours.

Very nice, guide was good and had a lot of interesting stories to tell about Lyon. Lyon has relatively good bicycle paths so it's easy to get around

Our guide in this tour was Marin, she shows us the most important places of Lyon, from Le Parc tete d’or to la confluence. This tour is an excellent way to know this city and to take an right idea along the two rivers. Congrats to Marin and the company

This is a great way to learn about and see Lyon by an in-sider and have great fun. My wife and I had no problems with the electric bikes. I am 74 and I had no problem and had a lot of fun. Our guide was smart, funny and knowledgeable.

Very pleasant and interesting ride, Lyon is a beautiful city and the electric bike allows you to discover it effortlessly.

At the beginning of December in the cold, but well equipped, we were able to enjoy a cultural bike ride with electric assistance from old Lyon to the Parc de la tête d'or. The tour ends with a tasting "in street syrup". A beautiful discovery in this shop of old Lyon, with products at the top.

Le tour était bien mais il y avait trop de monde (11 vélos), avec en plus des commentaires en français puis répétition en anglais ce qui a pris pas mal de temps qui aurait pu être mis à profit autrement. Je recommande aux organisateurs (qui était très accueillant par ailleurs) de ne pas mélanger les langues et de limiter à 6 la taille des groupes. Ceci évitera d'attendre longtemps au niveau où les pistes cyclables traversent les routes (çà prend du temps de faire traverser 11 vélos et souvent on doit attendre ceux qui n'ont pas eu le temps de traverser).

From picking up the e-bike to finishing the ride, everything was perfect. Really very pleasant, even if the weather was suitable. The accompanying guide was very friendly. The walk lasted a little longer than expected without the guide picking up the pace which was appreciable.

Aanrader om zo de stad Lyon beter te leren kennen. Zeer goede gids. Leuke toer, goede fietsmogelijkheden in deze stad.

Today by chance, the extended ride offered, normal trip plus the two hills and the park. I can't help but say that's worth it. We were super guided and received very good explanations in English!

I went to Lyon for the second time this weekend, this time decided to test the Segway, with my daughter. When you walk the city of Lyon for hours, continuing the visit in this way is a real pleasure. The use is simple but anyway, the team does everything to make it so and put you at ease. It is a good compromise between the tourist bus and walking. We discover, we learn while having fun. A welcoming team, with a special mention for PIERRE.
