Good hotel for stay near the Geneva Airport and Geneva City. The rooms are clean and neat. Though the room size is comparatively small, it easily accommodate 2-3 persons. Hot water, small kitchen, dishes, cutlery was available. The breakfast spread was small and limited. No Indian food options were available. Overall comfortable stay.

Avoid this hotel. Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable room cleanliness. We were ignored during check-in, then spoken to aggressively by the receptionist. The room had a foul smell coming from the refrigerator, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Completely unacceptable and not worth the money. This is must be less than 1 star hotel
Absolute scammers, will give away your room without notification if youre late. Also dont bank on Expedia helping you out.
4 star hotel??? Yeah right. Terrible place would not recommend. There are several 1* reviews of this place so take heed!! Bedrooms are unclean and stained. Half of the facilities you can't use for no reason, spa/wellness advertised is tiny cramped and awful. No sauna or hammam. The shuttle service is bs, only runs at very tight times and instead there's are loads of taxis outside waiting to charge you 30+ CHF (there's a much cheaper and convenient bus so I'd advise using that). I felt itchy and unclean after staying here. And the worst part is how on edge they make you feel with the deposit required (200 CHF!!) if you don't tidy your apartment properly! Not worth it, stay in Geneva or somewhere else with better reviews and customer service.
The hotel met my expectations, we'd booked an apartment here almost in the last minute, so were ready for some issues because of average rating. First, uncommon things about this hotel you should be aware of: - for some reason on google maps the hotel is a 4 stars hotel. On Booking and on its signboard it's not. Maybe it was some 10 years ago... - the hotel blocks a 200 euro deposit on you card, it is unblocked some hours after check-out "if you left everything in order" - the hotel asks to clean a kitchen and dishes before checking-out (not a problem, there is a dishwasher and a cloth) - the oddest thing they definitely should stop to demand: before checking out the hotel asks to take all your trash with you. You should go down to hotel's lobby, pass the main doors and throw your garbage into a trash bin, just like you do when at home. Honestly, I think it's a cleaner's job. When opened Google Maps to get to the property and read all this 1-star reviews here we prepared to, well, an interesting adventure. In reality, our room condition was good enough. The room was tidy, except a scratch on a fridge and a stain on a bath tube, which I believe can be removed if try harder. The room is large, home appliances are working, linens clean, water hot enough, no dusty surfaces. Probably, it's a result of bad reviews. There is a big supermarket near, and a bus stop, where you can take direct buses to the airport and to the city.
