Pullman Lyon

Gorgeous, clean, luxurious room with plenty of space. Quiet despite being in a very busy area. The dog bed and goodies were a nice surprise! Room service wad delicious and prompt. The only downsides are parking is quite a way's away from the hotel itself, and there is no grassy area on the property or nearby for pet relief, which was disappointing for a dog-friendly hotel.

The best feature of the Pullman Lyon Part Dieu is the team of people. The service is outstanding. They are not only dedicated but also proactive and kind. The rooms are comfortable, the amenities are good. But the people is what made my experience outstanding.

Such a pleasant stay, will be checking out other Pullman brands in future travels! Room was spacious, and very clean. Frankly almost on par with 5 star hotels minus the ultra lux amenities. All the essentials plus more were well equipped and available for guests. Staffs are all very welcoming/attentive as well. It’s not quite near the city center; about 10-15mins ride. However, the convenience of it being near the station beats staying in the city.

Location can’t be beat- after a long day of travel it was amazing to walk out of the train station and immediately see the hotel. Super nice staff- Awa checked us in and was so sweet. I stayed here the first of my honeymoon with an early train the next morning. The staff went above and beyond to decorate our room Amazing Food- we grabbed a late lunch at the hotel restaurant and the burger was amazing. Highly recommend! Great Rooms - rooms felt very clean and modern. Great shampoo and conditioner and wonderful shower pressure that was amazing after a travel day Overall- great stay! If we are ever back for a layover in Lyon this is where I will stay!
