Okko Hotels Lyon Pont Lafayette

Alison with the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at OKKO Hotels Lyon Pont Lafayette. The hotel has a modern, stylish atmosphere and is well located for exploring Lyon, with many main attractions, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and thoughtfully designed, although fairly compact and only average overall. The bed was adequate but not especially comfortable, and the crumpled, unironed linen was off-putting. Unfortunately, we did not sleep particularly well. The glass bathroom looks modern but provides very little sound privacy. The shower also leaked, leaving water across the floor, which was disappointing. One of the hotel’s highlights is the Club, a welcoming shared space where guests can relax, work or enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day. The evening aperitivo was another pleasant touch, giving the hotel a more sociable feel than a typical city hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Check-in was efficient, and the team were happy to provide recommendations and assistance when needed. Breakfast was good, and dinner was perfectly acceptable. Not really value for money in our experience.

I only have good words to say about my accommodation to OKKO. The staff, from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, were very friendly and accommodating. They were kind enough to provide recommendations for Lyon and informed us about the aperitivo taking place every afternoon including complementary local food tasting and drinks. The social club was also a great addition, offering drinks and snacks 24/7. The breakfast had a wide variety of exceptional options, probably some of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. After checkout, the staff were kind enough to hold our bags while we explored the area nearby, and even granted us access to the social club for drinks when we arrived to retrieve our luggage and leave. I cannot stress how positive all our experience was with OKKO. 1000/10!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Nice common area with seating, snacks, drinks, and music. Location is key, excellent access to tourism hot spots and cultured dining. Rooms are well appointed, with washrooms similar to Tokyo boutique hotels, with a glass washroom enclosure. Staff seem to really care about your experience here, which is typical of French culture. I really enjoyed my stay.
