I stayed one night . 175eur night with breakfast Like the coffee machine in room and the rooftop for drinks and breakfast with view on the basilic . Room can be refreshed … but overall this is recommended . I will stay there for my next business trip ! Toilet seat is a bit too low , curtains need to be renewed . Good coffee machine in room !!
What an amazing experience! The hotel was even better in person than the pictures, very clean, modern, and impeccable service. The location could not get any better, at the very center of the city, with easy access by walking, train, or bus to any attraction you desire. I could not emphasize enough how faultless the service was. I didn't get the names of anyone, but I wish I had! Everyone was very kind, helpful, welcoming, and even patient with my broken french. Thank you to the team! I highly recommend you stay here, you can't beat it for the price! They made me wish I was staying in Lyon longer!
The hotel is a great finding in Lyon. The location is perfect, the hotel is super cute, the staff is lovely. Karine, who works at the reception, is super nice and kind, he elevated our experience at the hotel. the room was super comfortable with a working AC, which is fundamental these days. Totally recommend this hotel.
The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The location could not be better. However, the biggest stand out was the service. Alexendre and Karim were available night and day, eagerly and enthusiastically helping us with anything we requested, a smile and the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone lucky enough to travel through Lyon. We had an amazing time on our honeymoon.
Room pictures not representative of actual rooms - Beware I would like to address a formal complaint regarding my latest stay at Maison No hotel Lyon on 7-8 January I booked a ‘standard room’ based on illustration pictures showing a room with a proper size window located next to bed. As there was also another room option so-called ’without Daylight’, I was confident that booking this one would let me enjoy a quite decent space with decent opening to the outside. However when I checked in I was allocated a room where the window was extremely small and located in an impossible place, at a remote and fully obstructed location in a side corner and very high up - making the room completely blind - see pictures I took I complained immediately to hotel staff but they told me they were full and unable to give me another room with proper window and daylight, even though I complained that the room did absolutely not reflect what I had booked.
