just genuinely the most amazing stay i’ve ever had. the staff are so helpful and lovely. the room, spa, amenities, atmosphere was phenomenal. i miss the hotel so much already, thank you all so much for making my experience 10/10!!!!! 💕💕💕💕

The room, location, and service were fantastic, however there were a few significant downsides. I chose this property because of its advertised high 4-star standard, including air conditioning in the room and a fully functioning gym, both of which were key factors in selecting my accommodation. After the first night, it turned out that the air conditioning in the hotel does not work, and the entire building is set to heating mode, making it impossible to control the temperature in the room. As a result, the temperature is far too high, making it impossible to sleep comfortably or properly rest. This limitation was not disclosed in the hotel’s offer, which makes the description of the property inaccurate. The same issue applies to the gym, where the high temperature is further intensified by the adjacent jacuzzi and sauna rooms. Under such conditions, using the gym is simply not feasible, despite the fact that access to it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Update: I would like to add an important point regarding the room described as having a “city view.” In reality, the view is of a nearby building, which is misleading. Additionally, the room is very noisy, the street generates a lot of noise throughout the night. Around 4 a.m., the garbage truck arrives, which consistently wakes you up, and every passing car can be clearly heard. Unfortunately, the comfort of rest in these conditions is very low.

Terrible welcome this Friday evening at the bar. The staff was rude and even as a guest, you clearly feel unwelcome. This stands in stark contrast with the rest of the hotel and its staff.

An absolute nightmare.¿12 people into a spa ? this is disgusting and should be against the law. There’s zero management, zero hygiene, and zero respect for guests. It’s chaotic, cramped, and downright unacceptable. The only remotely decent thing was the bed — and even that doesn’t make up for how awful the rest was. I wouldn’t come back here if you paid me
