Great hotel in the old part of Lyon. Cars are not allowed but taxis can drop you off at the hotel or the hotel can advise you as to where to park. We were originally booked for 2 nights but missed the first night due to the cancellation of our flight. The hotel was very accommodating & moved our reservation without charge to when we finally arrived. The hotel is perfectly located to explore Lyon with many restaurants, shops & activities in walking distance. A great location in Lyon!

We stayed here for five nights and enjoyed the place quite a lot. Service was terrific. The staff was attentive and kind. Great location. Beautiful property. We’d stay here again.
I stayed here with my son for one night - Love this hotel!! Charming hotel with unique room. Service was perfect. Location was super convenient! Highly recommend!!
We had a truly lovely stay here for Valentine’s Day. The service was warm, attentive, and impeccable from beginning to end — from the doorman to the reception team, housekeeping, and breakfast staff. Everyone genuinely made us feel cared for. The hotel is a real gem in this beautiful city, blending historic architecture with elegant modern touches. I do have two remarks: 1. The jacuzzi is no longer part of the amenities, but it still appears in the photos online. This was something we were especially looking forward to after a cold, rainy run, so we were quite disappointed to discover it had been replaced. There is a heated pool, but the temperature wasn’t warm enough to comfortably relax for long, so we ended up enjoying a warm bath in our room instead. 2. Room service could be made clearer and more straightforward. As it was Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was fully booked, we chose to order in. However, the 24/7 set menu from room service is quite limited and does not include any hot dishes, which was a bit confusing at first. After a few calls, we were informed that dishes from the main restaurant menu could be recommended and ordered during kitchen hours. Once clarified, the service was quick and the food was excellent — we had the lamb and the faux filet, both of which were delicious and high quality. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
We spent one night at this wonderful hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The highlights include the friendly, efficient service throughout our stay, the beautiful architecture, and the hotel’s strong culinary offering. We dined at their excellent Comptoir bistro and also enjoyed a generous, well-stocked breakfast. Our dog was warmly welcomed, which made the experience even more special. The hotel is located in the lively pedestrian area of Vieux Lyon — not somewhere we would usually choose due to how touristy it can be — but it was absolutely worth breaking our own rule. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Lyon.
