Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely cold, and despite reporting the issue, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. Definitely would not recommend.

The service was very disappointing. I was carrying heavy luggage and no one offered any help — we were simply told to carry our own bags. The air conditioning also did not work at all. When we contacted the hotel, they said it was a central system and working properly, but no air was coming out. We had to sleep with the window open, which made it difficult to rest because of birds outside and constant noise from the hotel’s outdoor lobby area. Overall, not a comfortable stay.

Would love to stay here again! Convenient location, just a 6-minute walk from the bus station. Professional service, clean and spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

I’m in love with this place. Where do I start? First, Ali, their night time receptionist is AMAZING. He single-handedly made a very stressful night into a seamless check-in that made us so comfortable and safe immediately upon arrival. His customer service was over and beyond. So is the customer service of all of the members of their staff we spoke with during our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The designs throughout the hotel and the restaurant are very chic and aesthetic. They have a delicious restaurant, a great bar, and have walkable stores and amenities around the hotel. The neighborhood is incredibly safe and quiet (ppl jog at night, kids running around, etc.). And to beat it all, it’s a 15-minute drive from the airport. 10/10! Will be returning.
