Wow wow wow, where to start on how wonderful an experience Isabella and Captain Ed provided for my mother’s 60th birthday. Having never sailed before we were a little nervous but Isabella explains everything so well to help put your mind at ease. She was super helpful via Whatapp and met us on the dock and gave us a little info about sailing Edissa. We then visited Kalithea springs and had the chance to sample the water (jumping from the boat is a lot of fun). Then the legendary springs rolls and a lovely fruit platter. All the while with lovely hospitality and plenty of drinks provided. The wine and champagne are local varieties but nicer than any premium I have ever had. Also a wonderful touch of giving my mum a lovely bottle of Red to take with us which I can’t wait to try. I cannot recommend this highly enough, a little bit of luxury and serious value for money. 10/10 recommended!!!

We were on the Sailing Edisa Private and Luxury Sunset cruise with friends. The impressions were incredible, everything was at the highest level. Beautiful views, unforgettable emotions. Special thanks to the amazing Saing Edisa tean They made us a gorgeous table with delivious Vietnamse spring rolls, fresh seasonal fruits, cocktails, champagne and wine. They also told us about the history of these lands, which was very interesting to hear. Satisfied 10/10. Highly recommended!

We’ve just had our second trip with Captain Edward and Isobelle and honestly, it was just as amazing as the first. This time we were lucky enough to experience the most beautiful sunset. The wine and champagne were lovely, and Isobelle’s homemade Vietnamese spring rolls were absolutely incredible. Literally wish I could take them home. After our first trip on Edisa, they’d really got to know us and once again made everything feel so personal. We’ve been completely spoilt and will definitely miss this luxury when we get home. Sailing Edisa feels like a one-of-a-kind experience because it is. Not only are the host, Isabella, and Captain Edward some of the nicest people you can ever meet, but Edisa is a beauty in itself. A boat that tells a story only spoken from its owners. My wife and I had class-tier premium service that included freshly cooked lunch but also amazing local wine that’ll make you question what you’ve been drinking back at home. This wine not only carried local notes but even shined in the sunshine which made me smile. For me celebrating my birthday, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my wife. Thank you to Captain Edward and Isabella for the amazing work and dedication to your business and its premium service.

Thank you Sailing Edisa for a wonderful boat excursion! We booked this for my husband's birthday and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a premium luxury boat trip in Rhodes. They were highly responsive leading up to and on the day. We had a few wonderful stops including Anthony Quinn bay which was beautiful. Isabella and Edward were super friendly and attentive, and Isabella cooked a wonderful meal with pasta, Edisa salad and Vietnamese spring rolls which was all delicious. They also made us personalised cocktails and delicious Greek champagne. Would definitely recommend booking directly with Sailing Edisa on their website also. Isabelle and Edward were fantastic hosts. They were so attentive, extremely informative and treated us like royalty. We had such a lovely time- great hosts, great homemade Vietnamese spring rolls, an array of delicious fruit, tasty cocktails and champagne made everything feel so special. Such a fantastic sunset cruise. If we visit again, we wouldn't choose any other company, it will always be Isabelle and Edward and the Sailing Edisa. Would highly recommend for a five star experience, excellent value for money, thank you!

Amazing relaxing trip, the sailing was fab especially sitting on the cushions on the front of the boat - great experience. The food was gorgeous, especially the spring rolls - don’t fill up before like we did, they are amazing! The complimentary cocktail was very nice. And not to mention the champagne - honestly it was the best we’ve had. Nothing was too much trouble and Isabella went out of her way to add some extras we requested. They kept in touch before the trip advising us of everything that was available. Absolutely perfect trip ❤️

What a wonderfully organised boat trip we had! We opted for the sunset tour. Isabella and Eduard gave us a very warm welcome. Once we arrived on the boat, we were told everything about what the trip would entail. We had a wonderful swim. We were treated to delicious cocktails, spring rolls, champagne and delicious local wine! And let's not forget the beautiful sunset. For us, it was a trip we will never forget! An incredible experience from beginning to end. ⛵️ We spent a beautiful day on board with Isabella and Edward, who were charming and took care of every detail. The food was spectacular, as were the drinks and the cocktails. Everything was prepared with a lot of care and the atmosphere was perfect, especially during the sunset with champagne. 🥂✨ Without a doubt, one of the best days of our trip to Rhodes. We would do it again without thinking!

Even though we arrived a little late, we were warmly welcomed by Isabella and Edouard, who clearly explained the instructions to us, and then we started this little tour which was magical. During this tour, we enjoyed the cocktails, the food (Vietnamese spring rolls, a delight), the champagne, and lots of laughs with Isabella and Edouard who took great care of us. Today we enjoyed a fantastic Private Luxury Sunset Cruise with Sailing Edisa, guided by Captain Edward and his lovely wife Isabelle. From the beginning we were warmly welcomed and received an engaging explanation of the boat's history. On the way, we made a stop at the Baths of Kallithea, where we could swim wonderfully. Everything was thought of: even the necessary swimming gear was provided. After swimming, we were surprised with delicious homemade Vietnamese spring rolls, fresh fruit, and a tasty cocktail on a beautifully decorated table. We even tried the special dragon fruit for the first time, which Captain Edward himself cultivates. Afterwards, we were able to sit cozily next to the captain and enjoy a glass of champagne while the sun slowly set. A beautiful moment! And as if that wasn't enough, we were also surprised with a bottle of delicious wine for our wedding anniversary. What a fantastic gesture! Edward and Isabelle make sure you feel welcome right away and make the boat trip much more than just an excursion. Personal service, beautiful moments, delicious food and drink, and a beautiful sunset. Strongly recommended! If you are in Rhodes, you must experience this cruise.

We were very well received from the first moment. The fact that the tour was completely private made the experience even more exclusive and luxurious. The service was impeccable, discreet, and very attentive, making us feel truly special throughout the tour. A high-level experience that deserves, without a doubt, 5 stars.

To celebrate our 15th anniversary of marriage, I surprised my wife to book a sunset cruise from Rhodes... and the experience was simply exceptional. On board the magnificent sailing boat Edisa, we were greeted with great attention by Captain Eduard and Isa. Everything has been designed to make this moment unique. We made a stop in front of Kalithea Springs, where we could swim in crystal clear water at 24° and observe the fish with mask and snorkel; a magical moment. Back on board, we enjoyed delicious cocktails prepared by the captain, as well as a carefully selected selection of wines and champagne. Special mention for the meal: real homemade Vietnamese rolls and a selection of fresh fruit, a real treat! A real plus: Isa speaks several languages, including French, which is particularly valuable in a country where exchanges with tourists are mainly in English. Sailing north from Rhodes to watch the sunset was simply beautiful... a memory engraved forever. The boat is superb, elegant and very cozy, perfect for an intimate and refined atmosphere. We recommend this 5-star experience with your eyes closed. It is the ideal activity for a couple wishing to celebrate a special occasion (wedding anniversary, marriage proposal...), but also for small groups looking for a premium experience, between luxury, tranquility and gastronomy.
