We sail along Rhodes’ enchanting east coast during the golden hours, where the sea shimmers in warm amber tones. Sailing Edisa cannot recommend it enough. Great experience as well as 10/10 hospitality. Food was also amazing and so tasty as the pictures show. We enjoyed it so much we also booked for the following day, however this time we chosen to do the deluxe sunset dinner. This was also fantastic as the views were amazing. We enjoyed so much that we will be visiting again next year for this premium experience!
Today, we enjoyed a fantastic private luxury sunset cruise with Sailing Edisa, hosted by Captain Edward and his lovely wife, Isabelle. We received a warm welcome right from the start and were given a fascinating overview of the boat's history. Along the way, we stopped at the Kallithea Springs, where we enjoyed a wonderful swim. Every detail was taken care of—they even provided the necessary swimming gear. After our swim, we were treated to delicious homemade Vietnamese spring rolls, fresh fruit, and a tasty cocktail, all served on a beautifully decorated table. We even got to taste dragon fruit for the first time—a unique fruit grown by Captain Edward himself. Afterwards, we were invited to sit next to the captain and enjoy a glass of champagne as the sun slowly set. It was a truly beautiful moment! And as if that weren't enough, they surprised us with a bottle of delicious wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Such a wonderful, thoughtful gesture! Edward and Isabelle make you feel welcome immediately, turning the boat trip into so much more than just an ordinary excursion. Personal service, beautiful moments, great food and drinks, and a stunning sunset. Highly recommended! If you are in Rhodes, you absolutely must experience this cruise.
Step aboard the Edisa with Captain Edward and Isabella and let your deluxe sunset experience begin. We sailed along the beautiful Rhodes coastline, enjoying the incredible views and even having the chance to try my hand at piloting the ship with Captain Edward. Our journey took us to Kallithea Springs, where the spring water meets the sea, it’s the perfect spot for snorkelling. Swimming among the amazing fish as they moved between my feet was such a magical experience. Back on board, Edward treated us to his handcrafted cocktails while Isabella prepared delicious homemade Vietnamese food. Everything was absolutely incredible, and the food was the perfect accompaniment to our evening on the water. As we continued sailing along the coast, we watched the sun slowly disappear, with stunning views of Rhodes Castle. We enjoyed dragon fruit picked fresh from there garden and, of course, the champagne. It was truly a memorable experience, and I couldn't recommend it enough. This was actually my second time sailing on the Edisa, having previously enjoyed a day trip, and I already can't wait to come back and do it all again as one full day. Fabulous day out with Bella and Edward on Edina their boat. Such a charming pair! Very knowledgeable always happy to answer all questions. Probably the nicest food and cooked in the galley. Numerous fun swimming breaks with snorkeling The fishes also love Bella’s food and created a fine spectacle for us to see! Plenty of soft and alcoholic drinks including the captains own bubbly purchased from where he works. We all loved it jam packed with fun moments to treasure. thank you ❤️❤️❤️ Joined the delux sunset dinner ! Vietnamese cuisine. Again amazing very tasty food. We had booked a Full day MediterAsian lunch and Deluxe Sunset Dinner directly with Sailing Edisa. They informed us about the program and safety rules before boarding. They are very experienced at what they're doing. Eduard is a skilled captain and Isabelle is a wonderful host and chef who prepared delicious Vietnamese-Mediterranean food for our lunch and dinner. I chose them for my marriage proposal. Isabelle helped me arrange every detail for the day. She took pictures of us when we were on the boat. This way we could just sit back and enjoy the day. We went to places like Anthony Quinn Bay and Kallithea Springs. The water, at these places was really clean and nice. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel at home from start to finish. If you are looking for a private and premium charter in Rhodes, Eduard and Isabelle provide an experience you will remember forever.
I treated my wife to a Deluxe sunset dinner cruise on Edisa (Sailing Edisa). We had a wonderful time onboard this beautiful yacht, the food, the drinks the host and captain were all superb. We sailed peacefully to a calm cove and dove into the healing waters. This was followed by a cocktail and a menu of Vietnamese food which was a particular delight, every bite was superb with home grown lemongrass a special touch. The summer prawns rolls starter was the best we have ever eaten. Topped off with champagne and a beautiful sunset, we highly recommend treating yourself to this wonderful experience, ideal to enjoy as a family or a romantic trip for two.

An unforgettable sunset and the best Vietnamese feast in Rhodes! Our group of eight girls recently sailed with Sailing Edisa in Rhodes, and it was simply the highlight of our entire trip! From the moment we stepped on board, Captain Eduard and Chef Isabelle made us feel incredibly welcome, bringing so much joy and positive energy to the whole day. Captain Eduard expertly navigated the stunning coast and took us to the perfect spot to watch the most magical sunset. Paired with perfectly chilled bubbles, it was a dream! The absolute showstopper, however, was the food. Chef Isabelle created a breathtaking dining table curated down to the tiniest detail in true Vietnamese style, complete with fresh flowers and fruits. She prepared what were hands-down the best Vietnamese spring rolls we have ever tasted!If you are looking for an unforgettable luxury experience, look no further. Deluxe sunset dinner cruise comes highly recommended. Lovely hosts, knowledgeable and professional. Isabella and Captain Edward make a great team. Excellent food with attention to detail and care. Lots of home grown ingredients used in their Mediterranean Asian inspired dishes. Enjoy the homemade Vietnamese jumbo prawn rolls with peanut sauce and homemade beef pho noodle soup to start. Before enjoying fresh jasmine rice and lemongrass spiced chicken with courgettes. The presentation so so pretty! Guests enjoy alongside chilled light dry wine with clean citrus notes served on, as well as lovely sparkling rose champagne style while watching the sunset. Beautiful evening on a fantastic boat around the island of Rhodes. recommend both day cruise and deluxe sunset as a full package for a great day/evening and good value for money.
I proposed to my girlfriend on sailboat Edisa. We had a great trip with the guidance of Isabelle & Eduard. They served us good cocktails and amazing Viatnamese food. Although it was cold and windy during our trip in January friendship of Isabelle & Eduard warmed our hearts. I highly recommend!
Had a delicious deluxe sunset dinner for my girlfriend's birthday. The Vietnamese food was delicious, unbelievably tasty. Especially after having eaten enough gyros ;) I booked the sailing edisa directly via their own website and contacted them via WhatsApp. This is how you get a much better price than booking through other platforms. Definitely a recommendation if you want a great experience!
