The day was absolutely lovely, we were met by Isabella and captain Edward and taken to the boat, we had a great day just the four of us with Isabella and captain Edward, so a private luxury day relaxing and enjoying the Day. We had a fabulous freshly made cocktail and then followed by a stunning fresh lunch made personally by Isabella. We had local gorgeous Wine , water and then local Greek champagne which was again gorgeous and home grown dragon fruit. We couldn’t have asked for a better day! What a fantastic 21st birthday for our daughter Mel. We had the most amazing day from start to finish. Edward’s cocktails were amazing and Isabelle’s food was delicious and tasty. With specialist wines with the meal and bubbly champagne accompanied with fresh home grown dragon fruit to toast the birthday girl. We were welcomed aboard as guests and left feeling like family. We are doing a family trip in Norwegian viva cruse ship, and we chose this private and luxury day cruise is very good boat trip, they where supper nice from the beginning to the end, they gave us special gifts as they usual do like, coquitels, champagne, and a really special Vietnamese food. All was very good, they also let us a long time in places to swim and snorkel. Sailing Edisa was a luxury private day cruise that we booked. This was exceptional, we enjoyed every moment and we were made to feel so welcome. We had a welcome drink (mocktail or cocktail) which was lovely. Lunch was cooked for us and this was again, exceptional, our favourite was the Vietnamese spring roll. Our whole family enjoyed every moment. We finished off the trip with a glass of champagne, very special. Our holiday in Greece was okay, but this boat trip made our holiday unforgettable! We would highly recommend this to everybody to book while in Rhodes.

We booked a private yacht trip with Sailing Edisa and it was honestly one of the highlights of our holiday. We sailed to the stunning Anthony Quinn Bay and Kallithea (Kalithea) Springs, with plenty of time to swim, relax and enjoy the beautiful crystal-clear Aegean waters. Having the privacy of our own yacht made such a difference compared with the usual busy group boat trips — it felt relaxed, personal and incredibly special. Captain Edward and host Isabella were fabulous hosts and made us feel completely at home from the moment we stepped aboard. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole day had such a warm, friendly and personal atmosphere. Eduardo and Isabella surpassed our expectation's, my daughter in law booked Edisa excursion because other tour she booked cancelled last minute. Isabella was so accommodating and I told her it was meant to be she made us feel like family. Isabella and Ed were so caring they knew I was gonna have sea sickness even before I knew it, Isabella took great care of me giving me fresh ginger which truly helped and I was able to enjoy our trip. They both had fascinating stories how they met and started their business, the beautiful waters and islands we sailed to and about other ships we seen along the way. The food?? Delicious!! Isabella makes the best spring rolls, everything she made was so fresh and tasty. Wine , champagne so good, she prepared and presented everything with care and love. We booked directly with Isabella and Eduard having found their details on their website. The Sailing Edisa team were very responsive even via email and were accommodating to our personal requests. The day itself was excellent. We were able to customise the stop offs as we wanted, and both the bays we stopped at were great for swimming and snorkeling, especially Anthony Quinn Bay, with a bit of bread dropped to encourage the fish we were soon swimming surrounded by what felt like a whole shoal! Food was as incredible as the pictures suggest and we felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout the day. We will never forget our fab day on Elisa!

The boat itself was immaculate, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax while taking in the stunning scenery. Every detail had been thoughtfully planned, and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel more like guests than customers. We've been on boat trips before, but this was on another level. It wasn't just a boat trip, it was an experience we'll remember for the rest of our lives. We enjoyed it so much that we're already planning to book a second trip with Sailing Edisa, and we honestly can't wait to come. Made with locally sourced homegrown vegetables. Highly recommend this cruise! Captain knows his wine and we got a lot of inside tips on tourism in Rhodes. I will definitely use this cruise again, should I visit Rhodes again. 10/10 experience!

Wonderful trip for the day with amazing food, great hospitality, on a wonderful boat with plenty of room and a quiet engine and beautiful sails. We are a family of 6, my wife and I, our oldest daughter her husband and our 2 grandkids. We had an amazing experience with Sailing Edisa, Eduardo the captain and Isabella treated us like family, they gave us an incredible service. The captain is very experienced and safety oriented a high level of comfort.The boat was very comfortable. Isabella prepared for us an incredible lunch … the veal was the best I have had in my life. Sailing Edisa was amazing!! The food was great and freshly made. We had lunch full with salad, spring rolls, pasta, pork and champagne. There was plenty to drink with great cocktails and mocktails for those who didn’t want anything alcoholic. The views were absolutely beautiful throughout our sail. Everything was very convenient because we were picked up and dropped off from where our cruise docked. A great day of sailing the Aegean with excellent food, cocktails, and swimming in a beautiful bay. We had wonderful personalized service and great conversation throughout our journey. Before our meal, we enjoyed some time on the boat with delicious cocktails and mocktails. The food prepared was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We had a unique blend of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, including Vietnamese spring rolls, pasta, an excellent Edisa salad, and flavorful chicken. After our sail across the sea, we had lots of time at our leisure to swim, snorkel, and sun in the beautiful setting of Anthony Quinn Bay. The water was calm and clear with plenty of scenery and fish. Start your journey early if you can as the bay gets very busy later in the morning. There was no rush during our visit, and we were free to use our time however we wanted. On our return, we were treated to a bottle of unique Greek champagne. If you are looking for a private and personalized sailing experience, Sailing Edisa is the way to go. We would definitely recommend this as an excursion as a great way to enjoy Rhodes.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience! We arrived in Rhodes on a celebrity cruise. I booked the sailing adventure for myself and two daughters were 11 and 14. Perfect day for sailing! Isabelle met us at the marina (it was an easy 20 minute walk but they will pick you up from the port if you like). The sailing yacht is lovely. We sailed to Anthony Quinn Bay and snorkeled. Had a fabulous lunch - delicious Vietnamese spring rolls! The lunch was made on the boat with fresh ingredients (Isabella is ran excellent chef.) We all loved it! Delicious cocktail for me and mocktails for the girls! There is a bathroom on board. The itinerary is catered to what you want to do. 100% recommend!!!

We wanted a more private experience than the group boat tours out of Rhodes and found Sailing Edisa. Captain Edouard and Isabella were wonderful hosts. We sailed down along the coast, first stopping at Kallithea to snorkel and swim with foam floaties. We beat the larger commercial boats and had the area to ourselves for a while before it got crowded. We were greeted back on board with tropical cocktails before setting off again for Anthony Quinn Bay. It is a popular spot for boats due to its sheltered location and its history. Again, we snorkeled, swam and floated. The water is remarkably clear and we could see lots of fish swimming around us. We enjoyed a fresh and homemade lunch back on board made by our hosts. We started with Isabella's Vietnamese pork rolls, salad from their garden, pork chops, spaghetti and a fresh, homemade tomato sauce. It was accompanied by Greek white wine. Back up on deck, we toasted our luxury adventure with a small production Greek Champagne. It was a very enjoyable day on the water and we highly recommend Sailing Edisa.

If we could leave more than 5 stars we would! What an incredible day!!! Being from South Florida, we’re always on the water but this experience was very special. The food was all homemade and cooked on board with the freshest ingredients picked from their garden with family recipes passed down from the captain’s mother. Isabelle spent extra time decorating our lunch table and it was gorgeous. Edward and Isabelle were the most amazing hosts providing everything from Greece’s only Champagne, Edward’s famous cocktails with fresh passion fruit, mango, and pineapple, to delicious wine throughout the day. The locations we stopped at to swim were perfect and away from the traditional tourist spots. Very private and exclusive experience and we felt very safe sailing with one of Rhode’s champion sailing captains.

Company Sailing Edisais is very welcoming, personalized, very family orentiated. Health and safety is very important which helps to install confidence within the trip. More so, safety net around the yacht made us feel safe and that's one of the reasons we booked this boat. Welcoming delicious cocktails from the captain Eduard who is clearly very experienced in sailing and hosting skills. It was a great touch baby Sophie was included and heart welcoming moctail. Excellent choice of food and quality freshly prepared and cooked onboard using fresh homegrown ingredients. Beautiful presentation not your average lunch, fine wine accompanying premium quality of champagne flavours exceptional. Allround, personalized welcoming and relaxing experience. Isabella is not only a good chef but also very knowledgeable about the history of the island and about yacht. The yacht is gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. This is a highly recommended allround 5 star experience.

But the hospitality experience from Isabella is one of a kind!! The welcome cocktail was beautiful and the lunch affair, something special with her homeland influence with Vietnamese spring rolls, together with an Italian affair of perfect pasta and tender pork, not forgetting the fresh salad with the ingredients picked from her garden! We were welcomed by Isabelle, straight away we realised we were in safe hands. Very joyful, sweet and knowledgable. She lead us to our boat where Eduard met us, he is a very experienced captain and also such a sweet man. unfortunately the weather wasn’t what we would have liked but that didn’t stop Isabelle from creating a memorable experience for us. From start to finish she was our ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Provided blankets to keep us warm with constant check ins to keep us smiling. Isabelle made us the loveliest cocktails/mocktails and oh my goodness, the BEST cooked lunch. You can tell she prepares with so much love. My sister is vegan and she had provided the tastiest vegan options, also went out of her way to make vegan versions of her spring rolls which are absolutely sensational, must try. Was a lovely gesture she did not have to do but was highly appreciated and the best meal my sister has had since being here in Rhodes. Tried to swim, was far too cold but Isabelle stood like a proud mother capturing the moments of attempts between us all then waiting to wrap us in towels and more blankets. Was still a beautiful trip regardless of weather and quite honestly would return just to see Isabelle and her beautiful spirit again. They are relatively new and I wish them all the success, I believe with their attentiveness and love. They will become the best on the island. My heart broke as we were docking and the wind pushed her and her phone fell into the sea, yet her spirit remained happy and accommodating to wave us off even during a stressful time for her. If you’re looking for a boat trip, boats are boats, they’re all very similar and all do the job, but they don’t all come equipped with an Isabelle on board. This is the trip you need if ever in Rhodes. She will make your day I promise and if she doesn’t, her food definitely will. Hhjjjhffgg
