Tried this as a fun way of navigating the old town but wouldn’t really recommend. The puzzles were not very interesting and one of them referenced a sign that had been removed so couldn’t do it. At one point the navigation sent us in the wrong direction, but that may have been a sync issue with Google Maps. It does provide a bit of history at each stop which was ok but it didn’t take me to any locations that wouldn’t have been on any DIY walking tour. Maybe there are better options out there as I’d think the old town is ideal for this type of game.

Definitely well worth getting. We didn’t want a guide as we weren’t sure if timings etc so we went for this instead. There was lots of information, it took us to all the sites in the old town, directed us there via Google Maps and we enjoyed solving the clues. We definitely wouldn’t have found all of the sites or had so much information had we wandered ourselves without it. Highly recommend, I hope there is one for other places.
Fun to do however 2 clues were too obscured to be able to answer. Interesting history provided.
Absolutely loved this! It was a great way to see the medieval walled city and learn about the history. The directions were very clear and the clues were pretty easy to solve. At the end of it, we didn't feel we would have gained much more from going on a personally guided tour and doing it this way meant we could start and stop at will and go at our own pace. Highly recommended!
A really fun and interactive way to see and learn about the historic sites of Rhodes. The interactive riddles and quiz was so much fun whilst learning about the knights and Ottomans time ruling Rhodes. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic tour, includes recommended stops for coffee or meals too. Highly recommend.
Review: It was a unique experience to discover an island with full of history! The guidelines and the information about the historical places are awesome and easy to understand.
Great if you want to visit at your own pace. The difficulty is not very high, but enough for kids to keep them engaged.
Picked this tour as our kids (15 and 11) would probably get bored on an actual guided in person tour, so the option of pausing half way was appealing. Both children are on phones anyway so why not use it to enjoy a bit of culture whilst solving puzzles, seeing actual Rhodes old town and learning a bit of history. First couple of challenges got us confused, but then we got into the rhythm. My 15 year old took over narrating (left both my wife and I amazed!). They loved doing the challenges and it became a bit of a family competition. Went from start and finished with a great meal at the end. Would recommend.
Great way to go around Rhodes old town, there are some good information and anecdotes along the way. The riddles are more of a gimmick but still entertaining (although the instructions for some of them are quite unclear)
Great idea to make it a fun interactive way to see Rhodes Old Town
My husband and I used this as a DIY shore excursion in Rhodes and really enjoyed the experience! We learned a lot at our own pace and the game element kept us going when the afternoon heat started to get to us!
A very good made treasure hunt game for the old city of Rhodes. We passed it with the whole family (from 9 to 52 years old) and we loved it. Some puzzles were with a difficulty suitable for kids, some for adults only, so everybody was able to participate. The distance was absolutely ok for the small ones and we really enjoy the idea to see many interesting places and facts in a easy and pleasant way.
We were a group of 5 adults and we enjoyed the tour a lot. The puzzles are rather simple, but the information around them was interesting, though not overwhelming, and it was great to be guided through the old town on interesting paths. We can recommend the tour
A really great digital scavenger hunt! The tasks are varied, creative, and really fun. Everything was easy to understand, and the combination of puzzles, discovery, and teamwork thrilled us. Absolutely recommended – we had a super time!
The explanations are simple and easy to understand, enriched by riddles and recommendations for restaurants or cafes to try. Furthermore, we can adapt the tour to our pace. I recommend +++
It's super fun to explore the city of Rhodes like this. Good explanation and useful in Dutch. Real recommendation!
Had a lot of fun exploring the old town of Rhodes this way.
Very nice activity to do with the family. We chose to make two teams of two. We visit the old city while learning more about its past history. The riddles offered are varied in type and difficulty. We did it in two hours. We recommend it.
I really enjoyed doing this tour with my children. I appreciated every step, which really allows you to soak up the history of the city of Rhodes. The explanations are very clear and the riddles are very well thought out. If you are passionate about history and scavenger hunts, you will not be disappointed! PS: question 9 was a bit difficult... but it is really worth it!
Very nice city with a lot to see. Good food in the restaurants.
We, a family with a 4-year-old and a pregnant woman, can highly recommend the tour. We simplified parts of the puzzles for our son so that he could also participate wonderfully. At each stop, there was interesting information, and we will try the scavenger hunt in other cities as well. Really recommendable, especially since you can go at your own pace
Great way to get to know the old town of Rhodes. Suitable distances between tasks and good possibilities to interrupt the heat. The tasks are given to medium difficulty, but most were quite easy.
