We had a magical time here. We and our tween sons were captivated by the historical ambience and gorgeous garden with flowing fountain, shady trees and water features. The proprietors are extremely gracious and warm. There is a huge reading room with breezes coming through windows with views of bougainvillea and the ancient town walls. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the AC much appreciated. Breakfast in the garden is perfection. The location is great to explore the old town and also to walk to Elli Beach. We were very sad to say goodbye!
We had a wonderful stay! We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and being right in the Old Town made it super easy to walk everywhere. Their special touches and attention to detail for our honeymoon were amazing.
They picked us up right from the gate with a cute electric golf cart, and when we checked out, they managed our car rental arrangements and dropped us off at the rental shop with their cart again. It’s an incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating hotel. Special thanks to Ms. Elena for everything!
My wife and I stayed in July 2026. It was absolutely perfectly situated in the old town. The rooms were very well appointed and reminded me of staying on a set in Game of Thrones. The service provided by Theodore was fantastic, even golf carting us to our car on the other side of the city walls. Breakfast was great. Theo also planned us a wonderful self directed anti-tourist excursion. 10/10, no notes.
Theodoros and Elena were fantastic hosts. Incredibly knowledgeable and kind. We loved staying in their hotel, it was a super location in the old town. Close to great food and attractions. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
I just got done staying here for the last 8 nights and I was really happy with my stay. Elena, Ala and Theodore were great; friendly, helpful, caring, etc. For an example, one day Ala, Theo, a friend and I sat around and had afternoon coffee together. Theo would explain local history and idiosyncrasies that helped bring the culture to life.
My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is awesome... easy walking distance to anywhere in the old town. The breakfast they serve is also very good. In the states I would probably call this more of a B&B because of the personal attention you receive. I recommend staying in the old town if you can, and stay here! You won't be disappointed.
