I had a wonderful stay. Hospitality and guest service are where this hotel really shines. From the welcome to the goodbye, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were welcomed with drinks, and consistently encountered friendly, helpful staff who were happy to provide information or assist with requests. I also enjoyed the food and beautiful surroundings. I’d particularly recommend it to guests who want a peaceful, relaxing holiday with most of what they need within easy reach. Lindos is beautiful, but the immediate area around the resort doesn’t offer a huge amount to do. Food and dining was surprisingly decent. Contrary to some of the reviews I’d read, I thought the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered fantastic variety and value, we also tried the dinner buffet and were pleased with the options. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced dining option, I’d absolutely recommend it. One feedback here is that the kitchen staff should please properly reheat food as two of the meals I tried were cold. I remember biting into cold creamy pasta portions and wasn’t happy with that experience given I expected hot food. There are also fine-dining and À la carte restaurant options in the resort worth exploring. Rooftop bar was also a pleasant experience. Maintenance and room quality was better than expected Before arriving, I’d seen several reviews describing parts of the hotel as dated or poorly maintained but my experience was considerably better. I’d rate the overall maintenance around 7/10, there are areas that could benefit from some attention, but it certainly wasn’t as bad as some reviews had led me to expect. It’s worth mentioning that I stayed in the Grand section, which I understand is one of the newer parts of the resort. The condition of your room and surrounding facilities may therefore vary depending on where you’re accommodated. As someone who enjoys fitness and strength training, I’d love to see a little more investment in the gym facilities. In particular, the addition of a proper weight-training bench press would make a difference. Pro tip: Communicate your preferences to the hotel before arriving. It worked incredibly well for me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return should I ever visit Rhodes again. Thank you to the incredible staff, how you care for your guests is quite rare and I won’t forget in a hurry!

Lindos Grand Resort & Spa is one of those places that takes hospitality to another level. From the moment we arrived, the welcome felt completely different from a standard hotel check-in. A lovely member of the team sat with us comfortably in the lobby, completed the check-in personally, and patiently explained the resort and everything available to us. Without us asking, we were upgraded to beautiful rooms with spectacular views over Vlycha Bay and private pools. The resort is built in levels along the hillside, which can seem a little confusing at first, but the hotel’s golf-cart drivers make it effortless and will take you wherever you need to go. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Housekeeping was outstanding, with the rooms serviced twice a day, and every request was handled quickly. A very special thank you to Angelica, the Front Office Manager, who was always smiling, helpful and generous with excellent advice about Lindos and the surrounding area. We would also like to thank Chris and Jonas, our wonderful golf-cart drivers, who were always cheerful and made getting around the resort part of the experience. And a special mention to the lovely lady who welcomed us at check-in, who is also Chris’s partner – she made us feel at home from the very first moment. Another unexpected upgrade was access to the lounge, open from morning until night, where we could stop at any time for a drink, a snack or simply to refresh. This was in addition to the excellent restaurants and the wonderful breakfast. The hotel has a fantastic location overlooking the bay, with easy access to the beach. The combination of the setting, the private pools, the service and, above all, the people made this a stay we will remember. We felt completely at home and will definitely return. If you are coming to Rhodes and want a higher level of hospitality, I highly recommend staying here for at least five days.
We had a wonderful 10 day holiday staying at the Lindos Grand Hotel and Spa. The entire hotel team was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasurable one. We stayed in two rooms during our time at hotel and both of them had exceptional sea views. Some of the rooms have private pools and would definitely recommend booking one of those. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well serviced, daily, with fresh towels and bedding. The breakfast offering has a wide selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The infinity pool is lovely and has spectacular views. The pool loungers are comfortable and well looked after. You are able to order food & beverages directly from your lounger, via the hotel app or directly from the food and beverage team, who are friendly and attentive. The beach is a short walk down from the hotel and there are free loungers there too. It was great to be able to swim in the ocean as well as the hotel pool. We hired a car so had easy access to visiting the local areas. The hotel has free guest parking. We hope to stay at the Lindos Grand Hotel and Spa again in the future.
Overall the hotel and rooms are in good condition, and clean. The main pool area is really nice, with a gorgeous view. However, the highlight for us was the room with a private pool, which we highly recommend. Breakfast was nice. There was lots of choice, but we've had better breakfast buffets. All the protein options were ultra-processed meats, and the coffee wasn't great. However, the lunch was really good, and the food quality was much higher. The service was overall friendly and helpful. Staff were always happy to fulfil our requests. However, the room cleaning was below expectations for a 5 star hotel. They made the bed, but other than that, the room was never properly cleaned, and towels weren't replaced. The gym had a nice view, but was poorly maintained. It was messy and a lot of equipment was broken. The worst part for me was the spa, as the treatments were incredibly expensive, but nowhere near as professional or relaxing as I would expect. I would not recommend booking with them. Location was good, right by the beach, and just a five minute drive to Lindos, which will cost you a 15 euro taxi each way.
Unforgettable Couples' Getaway! My wife and I just returned from an absolute dream trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the second we arrived, the team provided top-tier service—attentive, warm, and always one step ahead to make sure we were comfortable. The location is completely unmatched. You are right in the heart of everything, yet it still feels like a serene, private retreat. The beach was phenomenal—soft sand, crystal-clear water, and plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. If you are looking for the ultimate destination for a romantic escape, this is it. It’s truly perfect for couples.
