A Great Location and Wonderful Staff
The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the restaurants and major attractions. If you’re looking for a lively location rather than a quiet one, we highly recommend this hotel.
The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, a toothbrush and toothpaste set, a hairdryer, and a safe.
The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We would definitely stay here again when we visit Rhodes!
The location of the hotel is very good, approx. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 to the old town and 10 to the central bus station.
Unfortunately we encountered some issues regarding the cleaning. Almost every day the towels and the bed sheets were stained with rust or make up foundation. Also on the first day we received the towels with hair on them.
The breakfast was disappointing, weak quality of the food, very few options, and 7 days the breakfast was the same.
Additionally, there was no water dispenser; there were only some glass bottles placed on the glass table, filled with water. The water had an unpleasant taste. Those bottles could easily be replaced with new sealed plastic bottles of water. In the morning, we did not feel comfortable drinking the water from those bottles.
Also, some of the bowls had marks and residue on them and did not appear to be properly clean.
Aside from its proximity to the sea, the hotel feels brand-new and is very clean. The atmosphere and comfort are excellent. The only downside is that the closet space is a bit limited, but that’s not a major issue.
It’s a 10- to 15-minute walk to the Old Town and a 6- to 7-minute walk to shopping areas.
The four of us (2 adults, 2 children) were very comfortable here. Thank you.

Ratings are often relative and we do not stay in high-end, Ramada or Hilton. But for the type of hotels that we stay in, I think this was a five. We really enjoyed our stay, it was a lovely room, comfortable and quiet although there is current ongoing construction during the daytime, which was not a problem for us since we were out. They serve a good breakfast and have a nice little restaurant on the ground floor. It was clean and staff were very kind.
