Great hotel. The staff is very friendly. Hygiene at the highest level.Breakfast is excellent, everything is fresh and there is something for everyone. We also received a cot for babies as agreed. Special praise for the maids - they are wonderful. The hotel is close to the beach. The old town is 10-15 minutes away. If we come to Rhodes again, this hotel is our first choice.
The food is good and the bar is really nice. The rooms could definitely use some renovation though, as quite a few things feel worn and outdated and a lot of bugs/cockroaches. The cleaning was great during the first few days, but during the last two days it became very slow. Even though the cleaning staff were already on our floor around 8–9 in the morning, my room was sometimes not cleaned until around 3–4 PM. Overall I’ve enjoyed my stay, but the rooms and cleaning could definitely be improved.
+ First time at this hotell and it didnt disappoint! Location is near the beach and everything you need. Not to much noise, but unfortunately some noise from renovation nearby was present. Breakfest was ok, but the water didnt taste well. Very friendly and helpful Staff! The rooms was clean and modern Free wifi Free towels for use at the pool or the beach Good atmosphere in general Good aircondition and easy to use - Points: Mostly local Tv channels. Pool is small, but its ok to just cool down and chill. You cant flush toilet paper (As most places in rhodos) Some smell from cigarettes in the lobby, as they open all the windows towards the street. They should make this a smoke-free area as other hotells have done. The elevators was very small and hot.
I recently stayed at the Acandia Hotel in Rhodes Town for week with my nephew, and it was truly exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and featured a lovely view of the city. The bed was comfortable, allowing us to rest well, and the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of high-quality options. The hotel is perfectly located—quiet enough for relaxation, yet within walking distance of major attractions and dining. A special thank you to Sabrina at the front desk for providing great recommendations. Sabrina also went over and beyond in helping us find a dentist for my autistic nephew. She was amazing. I can’t fault this hotel and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travellers. All the staff are professional, friendly and amazing. They made our stay extra special. Thank you.
Our stay was absolutely extraordinary! We arrived around 11:30 a.m., and our family room was already ready for us, complete with a fruit platter and a bottle of wine as welcome amenities. A baby crib had even been prepared in advance. The reception staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, even preparing breakfast boxes for us when needed. A special thank you to the gentleman who welcomed us on the first day — top-tier service and a complete presentation of the hotel from A to Z — as well as to Chrysa and Micholis! The three of them were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was also incredible — such a delight! The staff throughout the hotel, whether in the restaurant, on the floors, or at the bar, were all very friendly and welcoming. In short, everything was perfect. And finally… the location. There is literally nothing better: supermarkets, the sea, everything is within walking distance. The hotel also has a lovely sun-exposed pool area with a high-quality food and beverage menu. A huge thank you once again for this wonderful stay!
