Great trip, long day but worth it!

Originally, we booked a Chinese-speaking tour through Klook, but it was changed to an English-speaking tour. In addition, arranging hotel pick-up was quite difficult. We provided the hotel address and a map, but the Chinese customer service representative seemed unable to understand the location and continued to instruct us to wait at a bus stop instead. Since the tour prices may differ between the Chinese-speaking and English-speaking tours, I am not sure how Klook intends to handle this situation or whether any price adjustment or compensation will be offered. On the positive side, the tour guide on the bus was excellent. He shared interesting stories about Iceland throughout the journey and made sure everyone got on and off the bus safely. It was a pity that we couldn’t visit the town of Vík due to time constraints, especially because the red-roofed house there had a special meaning to us. Unfortunately, since the arrangements were not properly clarified at the beginning, we had to change our original itinerary. 😂 What a disappointment! Apart from that, everything else was very good. The guide was thoughtful and attentive, reminding us of little details, such as when to use the restrooms and how to prepare for lunch. One last thing… I still have no idea where the trolls at the waterfall were! 😂

It was a wonderful day out! The weather was kind to us and we saw everything under dry conditions with occasional sunshine! Informative and interesting commentary. My only concern is that the bus is not designed for someone 180cm tall - one less row of seats would have made a difference.

Our guide, Petur was very good. Good knowledge about the country. Gave us nice facts about every landscape. Lunch break was a little short but not a huge issue

Svetlanna was such a sweet tour guide. Very friendly, professional and PATIENT LoL. She was very knowledgeable and when I asked her to take pictures of me she never showed any negative feelings. She actually found great photo ops. I can’t remember the bus drivers name but he was also kind and friendly. I would get back from every stop early and have a chat with him. Thank you for an amazing experience. I almost died at black beach, so please stay far away from the waves. I was real far and a wave still got me! Thank God all went well. The falls, glaziers and all the sites were breathtaking.

Saga was such an amazing guide with so many fabulous stories about life in Iceland and the south coast region. The sights we saw were absolutely amazing. Such a great way to see the highlights of Iceland’s south coast!

Sigfus Thor was very knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful. His stories on the bus were great. Pick up was 9am and drop off at 7:30pm. Comfy mini bus. Plenty of stops for toilet, snacks and time for lunch. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Our guide joked that he controlled the weather like Thor, and honestly, I’m starting to believe him!⚡ It rained while we were driving, but somehow cleared up at every stop! He also shared lots of great stories about Icelandic history, along with interesting and random facts that made the journey even more enjoyable. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. Had an amazing day and would definitely recommend this tour! 🇮🇸

Magical and breathtaking views and vistas. The tour was fantastic and beautiful. Comfortable ride with fantastic stories and details about the venues and sceneries. Iceland is a paradise!

We saw a lot today but seemed very rushed at all stops. Juliana did a great job. Would have liked more interaction with her at the stops rather than her just being our bus driver. The only negative thing that we have to report is about the bus. It was not good temperature regulation—too hot or too cold. The sound system was terrible for guests in the back of the bus and the drop off could be improved for guests especially after 10 hours sitting on the bus.

Our tour guide Josef was awesome. He told us some much information about the area. All the stops were absolutely beautiful.

We did the tour as a scandinavian studies groop. Vjeran was very nice and entertaining, he even managed some switch-ups we wanted to do on our tour. It was one of the most beautiful days and I am enchanted by the nature and people of iceland.

Tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. Views were amazing, especially the black sand beach, but walking behind the waterfall was awesome. Many deep ionic breaths were taken as well.

We had an amazing small-group tour of South Iceland today with Alain! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day so enjoyable. We saw some absolutely beautiful places, and Alain made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this tour and Alain as your guide!

Amazing! This is what I came to Iceland for and our tour guide, Axel, couldn’t have shown us the sights with more kindness and efficiency than he did. I also commend him for getting us to the sites at a time that I felt was just before they started to get busy - definitely book this small group tour!

We had a wonderful time with our guide Sigfus Thor. He was very nice and he gave us interesting informations throughout the excursion. The duration of the tour was perfect. The only downside was that the tour operator moved our pick-up time from 9 am to 8 am. Merci beaucoup, Sigfus!
