Reykjavik/keflavik: Blue Lagoon Private Transfer

Driver was professional and made sure to have a way to reach me the day of the drive to ensure there were no issues.

sam was an excellent driver! easy pickup from the blue lagoon and then quick ride to the airport. only con is the price since it is such a short drive.

Had a opportunity to go to the blue lagoon on recent visit to Iceland. It was so disppointing & very over priced. Murky grimy water full of Washed off face mask & very difficlt to see anyone in the mist. Water tempature gets hotter as the water is filtered, so you wont stay more than an hour to 90 minutes as it becomes very uncomfortable. I would advise booking minimium visit time as no one checks how long you stay in. Ensure you check pickup location as usually goes from the Bus station (the BSI) so pick from hotel is just to get you to the BSI. Departure time refers to the BSI. Make sure you check your pickup time at hotel as it can be up to 45mins before tour departure time. If you are late they wont wait & wont give a refund. Book with Iclandic excursions, as I would avoid booking with Viator as I found them problematic when things went wrong.

The driver was on time, very friendly and professional. He handled our luggage with care and made sure we got to the Blue Lagoon luggage storage facility in a timely fashion before the major buses arrived. He was knowledgeable and shared interesting facts with us about the lava on the sides of the road. We had a great drive and I highly recommend this service!

This was our second time using this company and both times have been flawless. This time we booked return trips from the airport to the City plus a trip to Blue Lagoon. Driver arrived 2 hours earlier than scheduled. The app locked up and would not show ticket. The Blue Lagoon could not pull up reservation with reservation number. I was promised a return ride from a predetermined pickup location. Then the ride did not show up. After calling in and being told an error had occurred, I had to use cab to get back to my hotel.

Booked this transfer from our cruise to the airport. Added a 3 hour stop at the Blue Lagoon. They wait and hold your luggage. Reliable, professional and easy to communicate. Good value.

Our driver from the airport to The Blue Lagoon was very pleasant and helpful. He pulled over so we could take a few pictures. Unfortunately, the driver who came to take us from The Blue Lagoon was the opposite. He even said he couldn’t pull up in front of the hotel and let us out across the street in the rain with 2 large suitcases.
