The driver Fareez, messaged me when I landed and said to message him once we had the bags. He told me exactly where to meet him! He then took some of the bags off us and led us to the car: a smooth 45 minute journey to the hotel was great: would really recommend. A lot less waiting around then a coach and more comfortable

Good variety of things to see. Very educational if you're interested . You can do a couple of walks or get driven to the final destination at that location.

We landed a little early, and flew through passport control and customs, making us almost a half hour early for pickup. Our driver texted us to let us know we were very fast, and that he was on his way. He kept us updated with his ETA and even came into the airport to help us with any baggage. He dropped us right off at our hotel. The process was seamless. We could have done the Flybus but after traveling all day it was nice to have private and efficient pickup/drop off from front door to front door.

Picked us up right at our hotel and dropped us off right at the door to the airport. Seamless! I know it's more expensive than the Flybus but this was worth it, no hassle and we were at the airport in 40 mins and didn't have to wait on anyone.

Our driver Majd was very flexible and very friendly. We would use Tulip Tours again and will do so when we leave Iceland in two weeks.

Everything was confirmed and paid for but they never showed up. We tried contacting them and there was no response. I eventually got a refund but only through Viator support as they never replied to any of my messages. We ended up having to pay $130 more for a taxi to the airport.

We were looking for transportation from KEF to our hotel in the city center. Our driver had good communication at pick-up, was friendly and courteous. After a long travel day and overnight flight, a private car taking us directly to our hotel (rather than a bus to the bus station) made for a much more pleasant arrival. We booked a private transfer from the Keflavik airport to our hotel in downtown Reykjavik. The driver Moutasem was communicative and timely. Everything went very smoothly and he had nice music playing in the car. This is a great alternative to the Flybus.

We had a great experience with this booking! We were concerned about getting a reliable taxi to KEF from Reykjavik very early in the morning with all of our luggage. Our driver Fareez kindly called us in the morning to let us know he was on his way and even arrived five minutes early. He got us to the airport safely and efficiently with zero issues.

We had a fantastic experience with Armando who picked us up at 5:00 am at our hotel in Reykjavík and drove us to KEF airport. He arrived early, offered to stop for coffee if we wished and drove us safely to the airport. I was a little nervous making the booking rather last minute on my phone but I thought it was an excellent experience. The price was far cheaper than other online quotes to the Airport. Recommend highly!

Our driver Isaac was wonderful. After some issues with the first provider, we rebooked and luckily got Tulip travel. After nearly 24 hours of travel, we arrived at Keflavík airport where Isaac was patiently waiting for us and directed us to where we needed to meet him. He took care of everything from then on! The very clean vehicle was the perfect size for our 4 passengers with all our luggage and extras. Isaac was also a great tour guide on the way to our destination. This was a great introduction to Iceland for us!

Pickup was on time and very easy. Met us despite their being long lines in immigration. Drive was nice; however, seemed to be in a hurry. Left us almost jogging to car, and drove very aggressively.

the ride was ok but not the best . The van he used had quite a bit of trash in the back. There was no way for him to secure the luggage in the back so it constantly banged around with each stop or turn. Driver was nice.
