We were picked up on time and dropped off at the correct destination. However, we were supposed to receive a tour of the area along the way, and since the driver did not speak English, we did not receive this part of the trip.

Excellent transfer service. We were really delayed and driver waited as long as he could but when had to leave for another pick up made sure to arrange a replacement for us who stayed until we finally got to him. Great communication through out, polite and good drivers and clean and comfortable cars. Highly recommend.

If booking a transfer & you don't have cellular service or WiFi you could wait a very long time..45 min..the driver was not in the area with other vans etc & did not reach out as we were standing there.

What a wonderful experience it was doing business with Nordova Travel. Alaa Assaf the Sales and Service Manager was so very accommodating. We originally booked the car pickup for 7:30am but we were afraid that we wouldn't be able to get off the ship that early so we changed it to 7:45 am. Alaa happily complied with our wishes and changed the time. At one point during our trip a completely different company did not pick us up for our excursion, so we wound up taking a regular taxi. In a panic, I sent Nordova an email explaining what happened. Alaa once again was very understanding and totally reassured me that he would never leave us stranded. AND HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT US! In fact, the morning of our pickup our ship docked early so I contacted Alaa via WhatsApp and let him know. Once again, Alaa was so helpful and genuinely glad to help us and said the car would pick us up at 7:00am. The car even arrived a few minutes before 7 and the driver Irman was just as nice. This is a company that knows how to give GREAT CUTOMER service. I truly give them my very highest recommendation, and I advise everyone who has the need for this service to take full advantage and use Nordova. Thank you Nordova for a great customer experience.

Making the reservation online was a little tricky and I did it wrong. I called the company and sorted it out. Pick up was on time and the ride was smooth and direct. Driver was friendly. Price was probably about what a taxi would have cost but I did not know what the situation would be at the port in Reykjavik. This worked well.

Imran was in touch 24 hours before the pick, he arrived ahead of time, assisted with our bags and got us to airport on time. The car was clean and Imran pointed out some sights along the way. Highly recommend this service.
