Despite my appointment running late, he was incredibly flexible and made sure he was available when I needed him. Pickup was prompt, the vehicle was spotless and comfortable, and his driving was safe and smooth throughout. The rates were very reasonable, especially considering the exceptional level of service. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly values its customers and goes the extra mile. We had an excellent experience with IceTransfer. We were coming in from the cruise port and were delayed with the cruise line letting us disembark. This resulted in the driver that we had pre-booked through another company leaving us stranded. We had such a tight window to get to the airport for our flight, and I booked IceTransfer transport as we were standing in line in customs. By the time we got through the line, the driver was ready and waiting. He contacted us as soon as he arrived to let us know he was outside and got us to the airport just in time. He was friendly, got us there safely and quickly, and told us where to go once we got into the airport. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future if we visit again!

Our driver was awesome. Loaded our bags with precision and perfection. Safely drove us to our apartment. There were 8 of us! He was professional, van was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Driver was excellent. Had small delay in airport and he was able to wait for us. Actually got 2 mins away when airline found our missing bag and he was able to turn around so I could get it. Drove carefully and got us to the cruise ship terminal safely and comfortably. Great service, would use again!

The driver was there on time, and had my name on his phone, holding it so I could see it. That was very helpful. The trip was quick and uneventful. It was perfect for the four of us with all our luggage.

Booked after looking for a transfer from KEF to harbor, for 5 with luggage. Staff was there waiting, even though our plane was hours late, with no communication from us. They just adjusted, amazing customer service! Our driver was great, explained what we were seeing, told us things to look for on our adventure. The van was perfect, super clean and well cared for! We booked our return trip upon arrival, easy. Highly recommend them, for a painless and easy transport.

Overpriced but everyone was price gouging because of the eclipse.

The driver arrive at least 15 minutes before our departure time. When we went down to the hotel lobby to check out, he already waiting for us with a sign (with my name). He is very friendly and help us with the luggage. He drove professionally and we are very happy with his service. Highly recommended this transfer service for people who need it.

Booked 2 days in advance for 5am ride from hotel in central Reykjavík to airport. Driver did not show on time. 4 phone calls and 24 minutes later, the driver finally arrived. He had overslept. What was booked (and prepaid) to be a calm departure from Iceland turned into a race thru the airport to make our flight on time. This was due to the driver’s late arrival for our pickup. I do not recommend this service.

There were 4 of us so we booked a car for 6 that was $40 extra to have more room. The car only held 4

Excellent transfer service. Responsive to a bespoke request. Both directions booked at short notice. Paperwork is great so you have full details of exactly what you’ve booked and paid for with all the agreed times. We had the same driver both ways who was helpful and friendly. Also quoted a cheaper price than other operators we approached, but that wouldn’t be my main reason to recommend. We used a van as we had 7 passengers and it was very comfortable.

Everything worked well and the pick up was on time for both ways. It was also easy to book the transfer.

Our driver was very reliable and a good driver. He dropped us off at Perlan in the morning and was waiting to take us to the airport when we were ready. He held our luggage in the bus, which was convenient. He added a surprise stop at some lava fields on the way to take pictures.

Ibrahim was in contact with us prior to arrival, then sent us a picture of my name on his phone to look out for him at arrivals, and drove us directly to our hotel in Reykjavik. Very professional, and friendly and would definitely recommend to anyone. Thankyou Ibrahim, hope to see you again soon.

We booked an airport transfer from our accommodation in Reykjavik for 4am to get us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. However at 4.05am there was no sign of the taxi so we called them - this took a while as the phone wouldn’t connect properly! They said they would call the driver and ring us back which they did - apparently there there were police controls in place and the driver would be another 5 or 10 mins. Still no sign 10 mins later so we tried calling again but it just rang out. He eventually turned up and we ended up leaving at 4.20am! The driver was fine and we got to the airport in good time but the lack of communication from the company and no apology from the driver is the reason for the 3 star review.

We had an early flight and Ibrahim Alzurqan communicated well so we were assured he would arrive early the next morning. A late night text asking if we could add a third person was warmly met with affirmation and we arrived at the airport as expected. Thank you.

I made the mistake of not booking a taxi when landing in Iceland and I was disappointed by the service and cost. We learned from the mistake and were recommended Icetransfer for our ride to the airport on the way home. We couldn't be happier! Ordered the taxi at 05.50 but it took another 20 min until the driver arrived. I got in time for my flight, - but in future I would like to have better margins. Easy booking and I received updates online before trip.
