Iceland Golden Circle was amazing. Ever-changing landscapes. Our guide, Nick was fantastic. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the country, sites and especially about living in Iceland. We would highly recommend this tour.

This tour had a little bit (actually a lot) of everything: history, natural wonders, and adventure. This was my 2nd visit to Iceland (first visited in 2015 & did a self drive of the Ring Road), so the highlight for me on this tour was off-roading to reach Iceland’s second largest glacier allowing us to walk on the glacier and even drink water straight from the source. I cannot forget to mention our amazing tour guide who goes by the nickname of Biggie. He was very informative and allowed us to take our time and do our own thing when we reached each destination (except for the glacier just to ensure we stayed safe).

This was an amazing experience. The tour was that appropriate amount of time. The stops were perfect as well. It was well planned. We greatly enjoyed our guide, Nick. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

This was a once in a lifetime experience— it was such a great day. The tour has stops throughout the day that are beautiful and different from one another so we really felt like we got so many different experiences. Our guide was friendly, informative and made the day so much fun. We would HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone visiting Iceland.

The drive on the glacier was the highlight of our trip. Our guide was great! He answered all of our questions and had a wealth of knowledge.

Nick took us on a tour of the Golden Circle. A perfect day visiting a glacier, several amazing waterfalls and geologic plates, among other sites. He took his time and explained everything we saw. Highly recommended!

We were on the golden circle tour with our guide Eric. We had a great day and highly recommend our guide Eric. His humor and knowledge of all the areas we visited were excellent. We explored each area at our own pace with no set schedule. The Land Rover was a fun way to see the country side especially the glacier and the roads leading to the glacier. Without that vehicle it would have been impossible to go where we did today.

Nick was our guide for this one. The knowledge and information that he gave us was absolutely fabulous, you could tell he loved the scenery and climate as his interest of the landscape shone through. My husband has a terminal illness with limited mobility and Nick did everything he possibly could to make sure we saw as much of the sights as possible. He was on hand to help Darren in and out of the jeep and also helped with the wheelchair when the conditions were difficult to push it. He adjusted the tour to make sure we had the best possible experience as we were unable to walk to some of the sights. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone. Thank you, Nick, for helping us tick off our bucket list. 😃 Would definitely recommend this company, the people that they employ to take you out on the expeditions are helpful and knowledgeable - all round a brilliant experience for us - thank you.

Eric was friendly, funny and a great guide. Driving through rivers and onto a glacier is a once in a lifetime experience. Highlight if the trip.

If you are lucky enough to visit Reykjavík, We highly recommend the Superjeep Tour! Our tour guide, Arni was absolutely the best, we loved his humor and his vast knowledge of Icelandic history as well as his views on Iceland’s current events. This is Iceland’s Best Tour, small groups, they take such great care of their clients. My only regret is that I didn’t ask if I could purchase one of their Superjeep Jackets : )

I went with 4 people on a private, luxury-vehicle Golden Circle Tour from Reykjavik. We got picked up right on time from our hotel by Arni, who I would HIGHLY recommend as a tour guide to anyone. Arni is a local and knows so much history about the country. (He also has a map of Iceland tattooed to his forearm and can help explain what direction we're headed by just pointing to his arm.) Arni took us beyond just the standard Golden Circle sites - he stopped at a local farm that makes ice cream from the dairy cows there on the farm (freshest ice cream I've ever tasted), he stopped at a local tomato greenhouse place for lunch, he took us to a few additional sightseeing spots/waterfalls to give us a feel of the less crowded views around the area, etc. He also played Icelandic music throughout the car drive, and I liked every song so much that I wrote them all down and created my own playlist that I've been listening to for the last week straight. Arni was hilarious - he told us so many stories about his childhood, the history/geology of Iceland, etc. We liked our tour with him so much that we ended up scheduling a Northern Lights Tour with him too (during which he continued to not disappoint!!) We had a rental car available, but I still recommend doing this tour - rather than having the stress of focusing on the roads (especially in March, when some of the roads are a bit icy/questionable), you can look out the window at the beautiful views and learn a thing or two from your tour guide.

We were taken by Seo our driver/guide on a day trip to see geysers, waterfalls, rock formations and historic landmarks. The most stunning and exciting part was the trip off road up a mountain over 7 metres deep areas of packed snow. Seo made the trip entertaining and great fun.He was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and a fantastic skilled driver. The jeep was huge and comfortable. He let the air out of the tyres to enable us to go deep into untouched snow. Exhilarating experience that we will never forget.

I had a fantastic day doing this tour. We saw waterfalls, geysers and lots more on our trip. The scenery was fantastic and well worth it. The jeep itself was comfortable and fit for purpose on driving on lots of snow and ice. The best part however was out driver, Arni. He was extremely skilled driver first of all and even in tough conditions you always felt completely safe. He spoke perfect English and had a fantastic sense of humour, a lovely bloke. Great day.

If you’re trying to decide between tour groups, look no further!!! Super Jeep is the best tour company in Iceland! We were there in February with friends for a four day vacation. We use super jeep for three separate days and three separate tours. Hundreds of tours were canceled while we were there, due to snowy weather, but not super jeep, it was the only tour group that did not cancel its bookings. Our guide, Sio, was phenomenal! He was funny, knowledgeable and always game for an adventure. We did The Northern Lights Tour, The Golden Circle Tour and the Southern Coast Tour. The monster Jeep was roomy and comfortable and could handle any driving conditions. Sio was also an amazing photographer, he took hundreds of pictures which we were then able to upload. Book with these guys, you will be thrilled!

Sio and superjeep absolutely are the best and made our entire trip. 1st night was northern lights - Sio was relentless in his search ( almost no one else saw them) and captured some great pictures for us ( the special hot chocolate was great, too ) . Next day was off for golden circle and snowmobiling - off roading in the monster truck was just as much fun as we plowed around all the other cars trying to make it through the snow. But the real highlights came 2 days later on our south coast tour - EVERYONE else was cancelled due to weather, but Sio took us all over - jumping off a " cliff " in the blue glacier into snowpiles, going to his favorite bakery for buns , and getting us through the roads when no one else was out driving was beyond exciting, exhilerating and incredible. I truly believe he had as much fun as we did. You are crazy if you don't use this company for your tours !!!

Had an amazing time! Definitely the best way to see the Golden Circle and going up on the Glacier was absolutely amazing - the highlight of our holiday. The Superjeep team were all very friendly and we had an amazing day. We also did the northern lights tour with them and that was just as good.

We reserved a private golden circle tour with superjeep and it was worth every penny. From the start our driver Agust took care of everything thing and made sure we had a trip we wouldn’t forget. The truck matched with his skills of driving it made for a great off-road experience in the mountains. I highly recommend everybody who visits Iceland to book with them!

We had an absolute blast on our private tour! Lot's of laughs, amazing facts about Iceland and by a real *wiking! :). He took us to a wonderful farm where we had fresh beef burgers and a nice beer as well as world class ice-cream! Totally worth it for a fun day out of Reykjavik! Arni was the best tour guide, driver, Icelandic DJ, comedian and photographer that we have ever experienced in our travels. Lots of new music to take back to the States!

We did golden circle with lovely driver Halli..went to glacier off road at sunrise and ended at sunset by lake. Magical and perfect day thank you halli perfect timing.

We did 2 trips with Superjeep - the private Golden Circle Tour and Northern Lights tour. The overall experience could not have been better - as we were on private tours, the driver really tried to tailor the trip to what we were interested in, was informative, and gave us an all round great day out. The trip included amazing waterfalls, geysers, some off roading up a volcano to a glacier, and a national park to see the most spectacular scenery and fault lines. The trip lasted 8 1/2 hours, and although only fully daylight for about 6 of those, we saw so much in that time. For the Northern Lights Trip, the first night was cancelled because of the heavy overcast sky so the company gave us a second opportunity on the following night. The trip was supposed to last 4 hours, but it lasted longer as our driver was determined to find the best place to seek the lights. Unfortunately we did not get to see them as the skies clouded over too soon but the driver really tried his best by keep on moving and contacting colleagues around the south of the country to find where the clearest skies were. Even then, we have been promised another go if we return to Iceland in the future - who knows, I would certainly like to do so. I would thoroughly recommend this company - if our experience is anything to go by, you will really have a great time and have memories that will remain with you forever.

My family and I did the private golden circle tour and the private northern lights tour and we were so happy we did it! Erik picked up the four of us on time and we immediately knew we were going to have a great time. He was super knowledgeable and told us so many interesting things about the landscape, culture, and iceland in general. We were worried the trip was going to be cancelled due to bad weather, but we definitely saw first hand how weather changes by the minute in Iceland! We know people generally rent cars and just explore on their own during the summer, but we were really glad we went with super jeep for our winter trip. The off roading on the snowy/icy roads in the jeep was so much fun - we definitely wouldn't have been able to do that on our own. We had such a wonderful time with Erik - he is a fantastic guide, driver, and person in general. Full of information and great stories. It was a fantastic way to begin our Icelandic experience.

We were picked up on time from our hotel by Sio, our guide and driver for the day. His vast knowledge, experience and driving skills amounted to an amazing experience which we will never forget. Wonderful scenery, spectacular off road experiences and outstanding natural wonders. Sio went out his way to ensure we missed any crowds so we could experience the wonders of this magical island as nature intended. Thank you Sio and Superjeep! Jeanette, Tom and Ben.

Christian our driver and brilliant tour guide made our day so memorable He was full of facts and stories about the island which added to such a fantastic day visiting so many key sights around the island. Absolutely loved the jeep experience and felt truly looked after all day. We would highly recommend booking these guys especially if you are only there for a few days as you get to see so much of the island and the jeep only seats 6 people so you feel really special. And they pick you up from your hotel too! Definitely will book again when we return!!

I can only recommend the tour to everyone. We booked the private tour and were picked up from home. Then the tour went south in the "Off-Road" Super Jeep (Defender) first, passing impressive waterfalls. Our guide Halli explained a lot about the nature and culture of Icelanders along the way and gave us a wonderful trip. Then we went inland, where we crossed rivers, climbed through cave crevices with hidden waterfalls and a small hike with impressive views that probably few get to see - a wonderful adventure not to be missed!
