We were so fortunate to have seen the Northern Lights on our visit. Magnus was incredible!! He was fun and determined to find the lights for us. He's very passionate about finding the best place to view the lights and told us great stories of Viking history. The photographs he took for us turned out amazing! Thanks Magnus for a magical night!

Absolutely brilliant night! Magnus picked us up right by out hotel and knew exactly were to go for a good view of the Northern lights and took some breathtaking photos for us to take home! He has hot chocolate ready (which was delicious) and told us the science behind the lights and some folklore. He was also really quick getting the photos to us. By the next day we had a folder full of professional photos. Would recommend him to anyone travelling to iceland.

We had an incredible night hunting for the northern lights. Magnus is a brilliant story teller and was such a delightful host and guide for us. We had the best time, full of laughs and sharing stories, and yes, we caught the northern lights on the most beautifully clear night. The sky was glowing with starlight and the northern lights made a lovely little show for us which Magnus captured with his amazing photography. Me and my friend were so pleased! A special mention for some yummy home made hot coco !

Magnus was really nice and helpful the first night I couldn't see the northern lights but he did his best and I had retried and I did he took nice pictures and told us interesting facts and stories plus the car is really comfy, I'm really happy with my experience

Wow! The Aurora put on a great show and our guide Magnus made aa difference for the tour with his explanation of the Northern Lights, the locations and his stories. Coming up from New Zealand where the Southern Lights are spectacular, this Tour was certainly a great way to see the Aurora Borealis.

I had a wonderful time on the Northern Lights Jeep Tour with Norse Adventures. It ended up being even better than I expected and was a great way to get out of the city and experience the Icelandic night sky. Our guide, Magnus Viking (yes, that’s really his name!), was fantastic. He was incredibly entertaining and knowledgeable, sharing stories and insights about Iceland while making the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. It was clear he knew exactly where to go and how to make the most of the conditions that night. The tour itself was very well run, and the added touches like hot cocoa and Icelandic candy made it feel extra special while we waited for the lights. It felt like a really thoughtful and memorable experience rather than just a quick excursion. I got far more out of the tour than I expected and would absolutely book with Norse Adventures again the next time I’m in Iceland hoping to see the Northern Lights. Highly recommend!

Magnus is an excellent tour guide. He's fun and friendly and gave us plenty of opportunities for photos and took photos of us as well. Also makes a very delicious hot chocolate.

Was a wonderful experience, cloudy night but Max understands the weather as well as the lights that we had a great view with a break in the clouds. Educational as well, even managed to learn something!

Magnus was very knowledgable and great at explaining how the lights appear. We were lucky to have a clear night. He took awesome photos! The hot chocolate was delicious.

We went to Iceland to see the Northern Lights and we had an incredible time. Magnus was our guide and he was quite entertaining and informative. He played an Icelandic playlist for us on our drive. We were comfortable in the vehicle and stopped at one location in the snow and waited. We saw a glimmer of lights and Magnus decided we needed to move to another location. Within 5 minutes of the new location, we were treated to the lights overhead. He took wonderful photos and served us delicious hot chocolate. It was just a fun evening and I highly recommend this tour!

When I tell you there is no better northern lights tour in Iceland… I mean it! Magnus was absolutely incredible! He told us amazing stories about Iceland, gave us incredible customer service and hospitality and showed us truly breathtaking views and took amazing photos of us underneath the northern lights. Just to say how amazing Magnus’s hospitality was, he took us into his tour on short notice after our tour was canceled last minute by another company. He went out of his way to make sure we had an incredible experience and I cannot recommend any other tour experience than with Norse adventures! I will definitely be coming back in the summer to do a hiking tour as well! 5/5 stars!!!

What a perfect night! We were fortunate to have Magnus as our guide and we enjoyed his experience, humor and excitement! Pick-up was easy from the bus stop, just be sure to be there on time. Lots of tours picking up from the same places. We were fortunate to have strong activity on a night when it was not projected, meaning we did not have to drive far to get a full sky view of the dancing lights, and stayed in one location for the duration. Magnus share stories, took photos and served delicious hot cocoa. We couldn't have for a better experience!

We hit the jackpot with the northern lights! They were already displaying in Reykjavík as we were waiting for pickup, and the very first stop had everyone reaching for phones and cameras over and over again. Magnus was quite knowledgeable about the aurora, the terrain, and Icelandic history. He was delightful and the hot chocolate was delicious! Would do it again in a heartbeat!

This has been an absolutely fantastic experience! Unbelievable northern lights at the first spot, an extremely charming guide, friendly and knowledgeable - it felt like being on tour with an old friend. We can only recommend the tour again and again!

Amazing experience, Magnus was a very informative chatty guide who told us some great stories! Although the aurora wasn’t the best it could be having Magnus as a guide meant we knew what to look out for, and he captured the most incredible photos for us. The spots we went to were fantastic and because of the car we could really go off road for a very personal unique experience. Hot chocolate was a welcome warming bonus! Highlight of our trip! Although it was a very cloudy night, our guide, Magnus, made a lot of effort to make sure we had the best chance of seeing the lights and even stayed out a bit longer when seeing there might be further activity. Magnus took some great photos for us and sent them before I’d even woken up the next morning! We went to a few different spots and also stopped quickly at the roadside when lights appeared. Lots of stories, easy to talk to and comfortable - plus yummy hot chocolate. He definitely knows what he’s doing and I’d recommend.

Very pleasant experience with Magnus! Saw northern lights very clearly already leaving from the city and even stronger outside with no lights! Magnus shares nice stories!

What made this experience special was Magnus’ commitment to getting us not only to great pictures but to great viewing spots. The combination of the cold and wind made me think that our group would definitely miss out on the pictures but regardless of those elements we received the full experience. There was an added bonus that we the group was very small. Worth booking!

An amazing tour. Magnus was a brilliant aurora hunter and a great story teller. He kept the trip fun and engaging. We finally saw the aurora towards the end of the tour but he kept us engaged with stories of Icelandic culture, a perfect cup of hot chocolate, pastries and when the auroras did show, a professional photograph with the lights in the background. I highly recommend.

Fantastic tour guide and despite not being lucky enough to see the northern lights as the weather wasn't cooperating, the stories about Icelandic culture and excitement of the attempt were unparalleled. And, even though it was rainy, cloudy, and windy, we were able to get photos of the lights, hidden behind the clouds, with the camera Magnus had!

Amazing experience! Pickup was about as easy as it gets. We drove to different stops outside the city, each one trying to get a better view of the northern lights. We were lucky enough to see the lights - pretty faintly but still very lucky to see something like that with the help of our tour guide Magnus. Can’t ask for much more out of a tour guide than Magnus. Friendly, knowledgeable, kind, curious about his guests and always willing to answer any questions we had. If I’m back in Iceland, I will for sure do thsi tour again hoping to see the lights even more clear and see Magnus again. Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic Northern Lights tour! Magnus is an awesome guide — great storyteller, aurora hunter, and photographer. Fenris the husky was adorable, the hot chocolate hit the spot, and we got a full, beautiful aurora. Cool car, great vibes — highly recommend!

Magnus was excellent in all departments from his story telling to his knowledge of the area and where to chase the light, luckily we found them which made the trip complete

We went for this tour with my best friend and it was the best decision ever….The guide was freaking awesome, the 4*4 vehicle too and god…the northern lights…They were majestic, just like photos the guide has taken of us the Aurora on the background!!!! The Northern Lights Jeep Tour with Magnus Viking was spectacular. He had the tenacity to take us out to see the Northern Lights the second night, because they were under the clouds the first night. He was definitely an expert and professional at finding the Northern Lights the second night. He took individaul beautiful pictures of all of us on the tour beneath the Northern Lights. As soon I arrived in Reykjavik I booked the experience because I didn’t want to waste any possibility to see the Northern lights! The weather was not the best but Arni was checking all the weather’s conditions and moving accordingly. He was literally hunting the northern lights! At the end we made it! The northern lights exploded in the sky! It was amazing! Unbelievable! High recommend!!!

My friends and I went on a tour with Arni and he was the Best! He was extremely outgoing, checking in on everyone making sure they felt included, and took us on surprise adventures throughout - it’s always better when you have someone so proud of their country showing you around! I highly recommend booking with him and seeing what your next experience can look like!

This was by far the best tour we went on while we were in Iceland. Our tour guide, Arni, was absolutely amazing!! He was funny, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made this experience one that I will never forget! I highly recommend using them and can’t wait to bring my family back!

If I could award more stars, I would. Magnus was great. He is a great guide and very hard at work. We had no luck the first day and I tried it again the next day. We were in a snowstorm and Magnus didn't give up. After the delicious cocoa, the lights came and they were fantastic. This tour is highly recommended.
