Very efficient, driver contacted us when we landed and was there to greet us, very polite and helpful, would recommend.

Timely pickup, speedy but safe. The driver arrived early and helped us load in the trunk. Drove safely and got us to the airport in plenty of time.

This company was outstanding! After a very long overnight flight, we arrived at KEF around 8:30 AM. It was truly wonderful not to have to stand in line or figure out what we needed to do! Our driver met us when we cleared customs, helped us with our bags, and got us to our hotel in Reykjavik in no time at all! We had to change our return flight home, as well as our hotel. I emailed the transfer company and they made accommodations for us immediately and confirmed with an email promptly. The ease of using this transfer company made the long drive effortless, and enjoyable. I highly recommend using this private transfer company!

Great help with luggage both on arrival and at hotel during a very busy and hectic time in Keflavik airport.

DO NOT BOOK THIS. My driver was on his phone looking at reels while driving and almost ran a red light. He even continued being on his phone after that hard stop. If safety is your concern. Look elsewhere!

Our driver did not show up. I called the phone number I was given after waiting 45 minutes, they had the driver call me. He said he would arrive in 5 minutes. He showed up 10 minutes later, an hour after our arranged time, looking like he had just woke up. He seemed to be dozing off while driving us to Reykjavik, my husband kept him talking to make sure he stayed awake. Not a good experience.

There are so many taxi companies out there but friends, who had previously visited Reykjavík, recommended this one after a positive experience. Communication through the booking experience was great. I had cause to amend the number of passengers at one point after I'd booked, and this was updated quickly and a partial refund issued. Raja was our driver on the day, he was in contact with us as we queued at passport control and then waiting for us in the arrival hall. After a smooth transfer to the vehicle outside, we were quickly on our way with drop off right outside our Airbnb. Should we be back in Iceland again (I very much hope so), I'd certainly use this service again and would happily recommend the company.

We were lucky to get the same driver both from and to the airport. He was very personable and shared a lot of Icelandic history with us.

This was a great way to get to our hotel from the airport, Our driver went up and above helping with our luggage and carried my back down 2 flights of stairs because our hotel was on a one way street, witch cars were not allowed to drive on. We were check in and on our sights seeing tour within and hour after landing. Such a nice fast way to get to our hotel

Power Our plane arrived early and we really didn’t want to wait at the airport for another hour and a half. I called Viator and the driver came right away. That made my day.

The driver wasn’t waiting for us at the airport as expected. 20 minutes after the meeting time, I called Viator and someone answered with just a “hello”. I explained that our driver wasn’t there and he took my name and said he would call my driver. Five minutes later, I receive a call from my driver who said “it’s really busy out here; can you just come outside.” I explained that my husband just went to the restroom and he said “never mind. I guess I have to come inside.” It was like I was inconveniencing him. But, what I booked was a driver who would wait for us inside the airport, on time, with our name displayed. We were picked up in his personal car, which was a good size, but not what we were expecting in terms of cleanliness. (He had shopping bags and miscellaneous stuff in his trunk where he was putting our suitcases.) And, then he drove like a bat out of hell to the hotel. Overall, not a great experience.
