These guys were great. I had inadvertently booked a transfer to KEF from the hotel at 1:15AM instead of PM. The operator called us to check what we wanted, since it appeared we would be unusually early for any flight, and worked with us to make the transfer work, even after I had been billed for the transfer. Very accommodating and very helpful to recover from my error. Definitely recommend this company.

The private airport transfer was exactly what we needed to start and finish our trip stress-free - the driver was punctual, friendly, and helped with luggage which made everything easy. Being met right at the terminal with our name on a sign took all the guesswork out of finding transport after a long flight. Ariana arrived early, tested us ahead of time to coordinate pickup which was seamless. She then found a ways around rush hour traffic to get us to our cruise ship in plenty of time to make our specialty dining reservation. Professional, personable, and quality service from end to end.

We actually used Car Buddy for 3 different events while in Reykjavik. 1) Private Pickup at KEF airport and transfer to our Reykjavik hotel, 2) Private transfer to Blue Lagoon and wait for 2 hours then transfer back to hotel, 3) Private transfer from hotel to cruise ship port. Adriana was early each time, was very easy to talk with, very knowledgeable, and very professional. We would definitely use Car Buddy again.

Sadly, Car Buddy left us stranded at the airport. They insisted that Viator cancelled the trip, but I don't know who was at fault. In any event, they were a no-show and the number to call went unanswered. On the bright side, there were taxis at the airport and after waiting a very long time for Car Buddy, we took a cab. To Car Buddy's credit, they were super apologetic and took us from the hotel to the airport at the end of our trip for free. They also offered any other free rides during the week, but we did not take them up on that.
The whole service was seamless. Our driver messaged the night before to confirm details. He was on time and helpful. The car was spotless and the drive was very pleasant and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Matt is very kind and accommodating. We managed to find each other easily and he took us to our destination in what I would describe as a very safe and pleasant ride. Matt from CarBuddy, picked us up from KEF and even though our flight arrived a full 60 minutes early (at 5:00 am) he was waiting for us as we walked out. The car was spotless and he was great company for the ride in. He gave us a couple of good tips for our trip and offered CarBuddy as a smart alternative to other transport options. Upon my arrival, I received a call from my driver to let me know that he was there. As soon as I grabbed my luggage, I let him know that I collected my bags and when I walked out, he was waiting with a sign with my name on it. He allowed me to sit upfront so I could have heated seats. He was very knowledgeable about Iceland and gave me great ideas of places to go, food to try, and information about Iceland. He even went a little out of his way to show me how to walk to downtown in case I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or grab a drink later that night. If I could leave at 10 star review I would. I highly recommend using Car Buddy.
I had a chance to use Car Buddy service last Decemeber during my trip to Iceland. Guys who took care of me, picked me right from the airport, offered a spacious and comfy car (where even my overly big luggage has fit right in) and delivered me right to the place, where I needed to accomodate. During the trip they shared some handy tips and curios about the place itself. Strongly advised and would use again when visitng this beautiful country.
