We were met on time by a courteous, friendly driver. Our bags were loaded and we got in a very comfortable mini van. The driver had polite conversation with us and was a conscientious, careful driver. He unloaded us at the proper place in the airport with directions and some instructions then departed.

An efficient way to get to our hotel in Reykjavík from the airport given we had an evening flight. When we landed there was a message from our driver that he was waiting for us, and after collecting our bags he was easy to find.
Don't Book this company it's scam, other company had signs of who they were picking up. Nothing with this company Easy Transfer. Couldn't find the driver we waited up to 45 min then took a taxi from airport not recommend

I reserved this car service for pick up at Reykjavik Airport to transfer to our hotel. Driver left us at airport and advised I needed to get a taxi to hotel as he had to leave for another pick up. Airport had extremely long lines in customs and baggage claim so we were delayed getting out of terminal. I understand that the driver had another pickup, but I had communicated with him repeatedly on the status of the situation. One of his messages to me said to take my time. We did everything we could to exit customs/baggage claim quickly. He left about 5 minutes before we got through customs. I have asked repeatedly for a credit since we had to wait in line and pay for a taxi to transport us. The company states they wait for 75 minutes from the moment the plane lands which doesn't make sense to me as it typically takes planes 15-20 minutes to taxi to a gate. Driver advised me in a text that I would receive a refund, but office declined after my first request and didn't bother to answer my second request. Still waiting for a refund.
Our understanding was the driver would come in to help with our luggage. He was outside waiting & 2 of use had to maneuver 8 pcs of luggage in middle of airport chaos. When we met driver he was parked way out & we had to take our luggage a very long walk. NOT happy! We hired your services because of mobility issues. Worthless!

Easytransfer.is keeps in good contact and is very responsive (we were nervous about airport timing and they worked with whatever we wanted). Only note: while main contact responded via email (VERY PROMPTLY!!!) , the way we booked, one driver on a previous booking responded via an app we didn't use. So you may want to specify best method of communication.

We hired a van for 7 people. When we walked out, a taxi was waiting and only 4 of us could fit. The driver was very kind and had no idea. He was hired on behalf of this company. We had to hire another taxi at the airport. Upon speaking with the operator, she was understanding and couldn’t explain how this happened and we are now awaiting a partial refund.

Important: When traveling internationally and if your cell number doesn't work, you should install WhatsApp on your phone BEFORE leaving your home country. We found that this is the primary app used by most overseas. Now, this company was wonderful. We traveled as a family of nine and had 20 bags/luggage. They were able to arrange for two vehicles to transport us to our destination. We use this company to take us to and from the airport while visiting Iceland. They were good at communicating and arrive with a tablet with my name on it, making it easy to find them. The overall experience was very seamless and we also communicated prior to my trip via email.
Driver 30 minutes late; yet very friendly. Seemed to not be as organized as other companies picking up ... he took wrong Debra to his car and then had to back track so made him even later.
