Booked two trips for pickup and drop. Both drivers were helpful and on time. Definitely recommend.

We booked a private transfer from our hotel in Reykjavik to the Keflavik airport for 3 people. Our driver arrived on time and the transfer went smoothly. Everything was perfect thanks a lot !

I availed both airport pick up and drop during my trip to iceland in June. While arriving the driver was already waiting for us at the airport arrival hall. He helped with the luggage and guided us to the car at the parking. The car was clean and comfortable. During the airport drop service which I availed later, the driver reached the hotel 15 min earlier and waited for us. He also contaced over whatsapp beforehand, which was very convenient.

We had a smooth perfect pickup at the airport and a wonderful ride to our hotel. Nasser our driver was excellent! Highly recommend this private transfer! Do it!

Provider was on time (Actually a little early) courtious and knowledgeable. They could be a little more proactive responding to our messages and confirming the appointment. This may be Viator's fault though.

Perfect transfer, Arkadius had sent a video that I followed and couldn’t have made it easier. It took an hour and a half to go through immigration and he was patiently enquiring via WhatsApp. Overall very satisfied with him.

We used Aurora Global for our private transfers to and from the airport during our recent stay in Iceland. Both drivers- Arkadius and OA- were excellent drivers with good tips and chat but equally happy for us to travel in silence. The pick up was excellent and patient given the delays in getting through passport control. Similarly our pick up from the hotel was on time and seamless. It’s obviously more expensive than a coach but totally worth it for reliable and flexible pick up times especially when you arrive and want to get to start your experience in Reykjavik immediately (we were at a bar and had our first beer less than 2hrs from landing). We booked through GetYourGuide which seemed to be cheaper than booking directly costing £76 from the airport and £108 return.

Absolutely the best service from the company and Nasir, our chauffeur who waited patiently. They communicate clearly and in advance so it’s like your private car with zero hassles. If you’re travelling from the US and might have unpredictable immigration timeline then definitely book them. Clean spacious cars, chauffeurs can communicate well in English Spanish etc.

The service was excellent. I was impressed our driver Arkadius contacted us even prior to leaving home so we were confident our car would be waiting for us. He communicated as soon as we landed and sent a very clear video on how to walk to the exit to locate him. Highly recommend!

Today I had an excellent experience during a private transfer from Keflavik to Reyjavik. Driver Arkadius send me a message as soon as the plane landed with a great video how to walk to the pickup spot. 10 minutes later he called me to ask if I got the video and if the pick up spot was okay or if I needed his help with the luggage. When I told him I was already there, 20 minutes early! He made sure he got there ASAP. During the ride we had a really nice talk so it was a great ride and excellent service! Next time I will book Aurora globe again for sure!

I was supposed to have a driver who spoke English. He did not. He spoke Spanish and Arabic… I did not. In addition to that, he reached out to me on WhatsApp. I never stated to communicate to me with WhatsApp because I do not use it. He did not have a sign with my name on it. He was not calling out our name and we waited 40 minutes So we had a very late start and I had little to no communication with this poor guy. Quite an expensive ride for so many glitches. Unfortunately, pretty disappointed and it made us late for our next appointment. :(

Very unfortunate experience. My wife and I waited 20-30 minutes for our driver. We wandered around wondering if we were in the wrong location. Messaged the operator twice and called the provided number. Somebody at the number picked up, we could hear a TV or radio in the background but nobody spoke. Fortunately, the bus system was much easier to navigate than I had expected, so we took that instead. We finally received a message from the operator that our driver was either obstructed by a crash or involved in a crash. Now, I'm not heartless and genuinely hope the driver is safe. But I find it difficult to understand why we were not informed during the approx 45 min we were at the airport or why there isn't a contingency plan in place. This is a business of driving and accidents do unfortunately happen. There should be a backup plan, such as a replacement driver, to avoid leaving your customer stranded. Again, my sympathies to the driver.

The collection from the airport to our hotel was excellent. Our driver Adam messaged us and was there when we arrived. On the journey he gave us lots of info about the area.
