This was indeed a wonderful tour. Great views and the highlight for me was the blue lagoon. Though I would have preferred the lagoon visit happened when it was still day light but nevertheless it was relaxing and the best. The waterfalls were beautiful and our guide Ottar was so friendly, always being helpful and gave us good revommendations.

Monia was an excellent guide and driver on our small group tour! All of the stops were stunning and the plunge into the blue lagoon capped off the day!

Despite the weather, we had a fantastic day seeing some of the beautiful sites around the Golden Circle. Finishing at the Blue Lagoon without any stress about getting there/back was perfect. Marieke was a brilliant guide - she was informative (especially about Icelandic horses) and friendly all day.

Great day out. Even though it rained for the first few hours it was still great. 2 hours to finish at the blue lagoon is fantastic. Bob, Our guide was very fun and I would gladly tour with him again.

This tour was fantastic. We went with BusTravel Iceland and our driver/guide was Monika. She is Polish and totally superb. She was entertaining and knowledgeable and made the whole day a real joy. I REALLY RECOMMEND YOU DO THIS TRIP!!!

We took our tour with HELGI, who is THE BEST tour guide I have had all week. He is very good with explaining the background of not just Reykjavík but all of the stops. He gives you proper backgrounds so you understand what a tectonic plate even is, for example. I enjoyed walking around the crater, seeing the geyser, petting the horses (he made an extra stop because we had time,) the golden waterfall was BEAUTIFUL, and I truly enjoyed the Blue Lagoon, but I would like to suggest people also see it on another day in the daylight. We got there at 5:30 and it was dark by 6, so we spent our time close to the entrance (still an unreal experience)

Really great guide Sigfus Thor was for us. He was really informative and made the tour vertly interesting. Time passed quickly and was very timely. The whole trip for the golden circle from reykjavik ran on time.

Absolutely excellent tour, from start to finish the guide (Sigfus- Thor) was so welcoming and funny. Gullafoss waterfall was highlight of tour for me plus the blue lagoon. Which did not disappoint. Highly recommended!

Beautiful views a lovely experience with a friendly guide

It was really nice to know a little bit of info about certain areas we drives past by our staff guide, it made the journey interesting and also entertaining. I really enjoyed the Blue Lagoon a lot, was expecting it to be too hot for my liking but it was the perfect temperature for me. The atmosphere in certain spots was beautiful like the mountains and the time of day that we arrived at certain areas. I like how small our group is, it’s a good and comfortable size for my liking as a disabled person as I don’t like rowdy bus journeys, I respect that the folks I was with was quiet and relaxing and I respect how this was a long journey that took up half of the day and not just 2 hours or so. I definitely would do this again if I have the chance to, especially in doing the Blue Lagoon again.

Sigfus Thor was a great guide. This day was busy but one of the best days. We came for our late 20 year anniversary trip and it was about 35 degrees during the day.

He was funny, interactive, and clearly still in love with his culture. The experience came to life with his eloquent explanations and personal experiences with Icelands most beautiful sites. We even had some time at the end of the trip so he asked us if we would like to pull over to see the Northern lights that he saw while driving. It was clear that he was determined to make the experience as memorable as possible and I wish the best for him and his family. I hope you get to experience Iceland with Sindri like we did! The best trip of Iceland in my opinion. We explored the most stunning scenery with the best tour guide - Helgi. Helgi was very informative, helpful and kind. This trip was a whole day trip, from pick up and drop off was 12 hours but we experienced so much and tour guide was very accommodating so was no problem at all. We were lucky with the weather so managed to see beautiful rainbows above Gullfoss waterfall, and the highlight had to be the blue lagoon towards the end. Can’t thank you enough for such an amazing day in Iceland.

Being on a small group tour was ideal,. As you have fewer people to wait for at the end of each stop. The driver we had was knowledgeable about the island and the areas that we visited and happy to chat with passengers. He gave us plenty of time to spend at each location for walks photos and food.

A fantastic tour seeing the beauty of Iceland... with a superb guide, Vjeran. Vjeren was very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic.. he clearly lovee Iceland and its history. Started off with the blue lagoon, which we got to whilst it was still nice and quiet, had a brief stop walking round and into the volcano crater with stunning scenery along the way, and then on round the golden circle taking in Geysers, waterfalls and of course walking up the valley where the world rips itself apart. A long day. But with good gaps between the sights on the coach to allow Vjeren to give us the info. Excellent trip!

The small group tour with six of my friends with Bus Travel Iceland was an absolutely incredible experience. We took the day trip to the Golden Circle and Blue Lagoon - during the entire trip, Vjeran was so knowledgeable about everything from geology, Iceland history, culture, and food recommendations. He was also kind and patient to make sure we had nice pictures while having hilarious banter with the group. Would definitely rebook this experience again, perhaps with my family this time.

We had a blast with our guide, Vjeran—he was super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and happy to help everyone. The stops were just the right length, and the views were gorgeous. It was super convenient and totally worth the cost. With just 16 people in the group, everything felt easy and relaxed.
