I wish Heidi and Captain Thor could do every tour I go on. They were the best, the sights were the best, it was a wonderful time!

Itinerary
Golden Circle is the ultimate day tour route from Reykjavik. It includes three Iceland's iconic destinations: Geysir geothermal area, Gullfoss waterfall and Thingvellir national park.
Ancient volcanic crater lake with stunning walking trails, including a winding path down into the mouth of the volcano. 65 minutes drive to Kerið. 25 minutes on location
Geysir is one of Iceland´s most iconic and popular attractions. In fact the name for this geological feature is derived from the original icelandic term, a rare instance where an icelandic word is used internationally. 25 minutes drive to location. 75 minutes on location Walk past steaming pool and stream towards Strokkur Geysir, which shoots steam and hot water high in the air, every 10 minutes of so. So you will have plenty of time to see it perform during your stop here. Strokkur has been known to erupt up to 40 meters into the air.
Gullfoss waterfall is one of iceland´s most impressive and powerful waterfalls. This multi-drop falls derives much of its power from glacial meltwater from Langjökull glacier which looms large to the north of Gullfoss. There are several viewing platforms here where you can take in the sights from different perspectives. On the walking trails you can feel the spray from Gullfoss on your face, such is the power of the falls. Gullfoss has been known to freeze in particularly harsh winters though this is increasingly rare. 15 minutes drive to location. 40 minutes on location
Thingvellir, a UNESCO heritage site is notable for two main reason. Firstly it is an historically significant location for Icelanders, as Iceland´s parliament, Alþingi, first met here in the late 10th century! Chieftains from all over would meet here periodically, some traveling great distances in order to discuss the issues of the day. Thingvellir is also important due to its unique geology, sitting as it does on the mid-atlantic ridge between the european and american tectonic plates. Iceland is the only place in the world where the ridge can be seen on land, with the edges of both plates clearly visible. 60 minutes drive to location. 40 minutes on location. 45 minutes drive to location.
Secret Lagoon, also known as Gamla Laugin, is Iceland´s oldest geothermal pool. This natural hot-springs is the perfect refuge from the sometimes harsh winter months in Iceland. Your entrance ticket is included in your tour price. Just remember to bring your swimsuit and towel, although those can be rented here for an extra fee.
Your evening northern lights hunt will be on a different bus to your morning Golden Circle and Secret Lagoon tour. Our guides will take you out into the countryside in pursuits of the shimmering lights display of the aurora. We will do our best to find the lights for you and will go to several locations if necessary to find clear skies.

We had a wonderful time, even though the day was so long! Getting to see parts of the golden circle, soak in the secret lagoon, and even a very quick detour to get ice cream(!), the day was amazing. We had just enough time to grab a quick dinner back in Reykjavík before we were whisked off again to hunt northern lights. Right before our guides called it for the night, the sky decided to give us a show and it did not disappoint! Would absolutely book again, the day was perfect.
Our tour guide, Saga, did a great job. Her enthusiasm and passion made for an enjoyable experience. I liked the stories she shared of growing up in Iceland.
Thank you for the best day. The shuttle picked us up on time. The tour was great. Thank you, Saga!
The drip was amazing, and Darren made it even more memorable. It was fun, even though we started off with a defect on the bus and had to switch.
We had such an incredible experience exploring Iceland with Darren on our Golden Circle, Secret Lagoon, and Northern Lights tour! Darren was an absolutely fantastic guide—knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and genuinely passionate about sharing Iceland’s beauty, history, and culture. He made the entire day feel fun and engaging, and we learned so much along the way! What really stood out was how personable and thoughtful Darren was throughout the experience. He created such a welcoming atmosphere, made sure everyone was comfortable, and went above and beyond to make the tour memorable. From the breathtaking sights along the Golden Circle to relaxing at the Secret Lagoon, the entire experience was a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more wonderful introduction to Iceland. If you’re lucky enough to have Darren as your guide, you’re in excellent hands! Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time, our guide Sharp, was a wealth of knowledge and the tour was at a great pace for us, thank you for a great day.
The tour was amazing! 🤍 The guide was really nice. I especially liked the positive atitudine 🌸
Excellent Tour and Guide was brilliant 🤩
It was very memorable and spectacular day and night with Sindri and Micah our tour guides on the 6th of October 2026 for Golden Circle, Secret Lagoon and Northern. Lights. They were very informative, we learned the culture and history of Iceland because of them. Well done to both of you!
Excellent tour, Swen was friendly, very knowledgeable, funny and rock n roll. Sadly we didn’t get to do the northern lights tour because of weather. Would recommend!!! ⭐
Fabulous day trip and our guide Sven was excellent
Vjeran was the best tour guide ever! He was very knowledgeable, fun, patient, and funny! Vjeran made sure we had time to enjoy each stop! We were on the Premium Golden Circle Tour.
It was very compact to see all in one day. Saga- our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Andrea was fabulous. We especially enjoyed her singing a lullaby that she sings to her child.
Our tour guide, Julianna, was entertaining and enthusiastic. She threw in a few extra stops like feeding some Icelandic horses and getting some amazing ice cream at a local farm. She even managed to doge the rain showers and kept us dry all day! A perfect 1st day in Iceland’
Peter seems to love his job so much and this makes him an excellent guide!
We were surprised at how many beautiful places we saw on this trip. Our bus driver-guide was also great. Thank you!
Addi was our driver and guide and he paced out the day well and had us stopping at fun sites - blue lagoon, volcanos, geysers, and waterfalls, geologic faults, and even great local farm with home made ice cream, all whiling allowing for bathroom and food stops evenly placed throughout the day. Small bus format was a nice way to go.
Fantastic Tour. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. They did a great job of clearly communicating what to expect, where to be picked up etc. Our guide Monika was terrific, she did a great job of explaining everything and had so much knowledge of everywhere we visited. She was so enthusiastic and entertaining. The tour itself was perfect we had the perfect amount of time at each location. Great price for what we received. Highly recommend.
Vjeran, our guide, was brilliant!! Most memorable tour in Iceland would definitely recommend, didn’t feel rushed and saw so much!
Siggi was an incredible tour guide , we had the best time the entire day, even with rain all day he made it the best time, we laughed the entire 11 hours and made a great friend, he also Made me try lamb and I don’t regret 🤣
We really enjoyed the tour today. The sites were well chosen, the time frame was good and above all, our guide Vjeran was very enthusiastic and dynamic and interesting. Thank you for aFun day
Great day filled with awesome opportunities! The landscapes were amazing …the waterfall, geyser, national park were carefully planned out to see the most!,
Our guide Dooly was wonderful! As an Icelander who grew up in the North is was fascinating to hear about what it was like there growing up.
This was a really enjoyable way to see the wonders of the Golden Circle. The Secret Lagoon proved to be a most dreamy, tranquil and authentic experience that was unforgettable. The Northern Lights tour was a huge success due to the keen eye and knowledge of our wonderful, special guide, who shared the most amazing stories with us and made the whole experience feel extra magical. A fantastic tour all round and not to be missed when in beautiful Iceland!
The day as a whole was great, you get loads of time at all the stops so you don’t feel rushed and our guide told us some really interesting things about Iceland. Pick up at bus stop 12 was a little stressful as it’s where all excursions get picked up from so there were loads of people waiting but once you’re on the bus it’s all good.
Petra and Thor were fantastic and Petra showered us with loads of information about Iceland and sites we visited. The coach was comfortable and tour was well organized.
Our guide Anna was amazing. Despite the high winds and snowy conditions she made the day fun, enjoyable and easy to follow. Her stories of Icelandic history plus geology information meant we were fully immersed in the tour. The Secret Lagoon is stunning- mossy backdrops without all the hype or price tag of the Blue Lagoon. Towel hire is available (£7). The teams knowledge and experience meant that the northern lights section of the tour was delayed until the next night. So worth the wait! The day is long so use the visitors centres for restrooms and to top up lunches and water. Plenty of stops along the way. Overall, this was our best tour in Iceland and we would happily do it all again. Great value, great experiences, top notch guide.
The golden circle tour with sunny as our guide was incredible. She was so friendly and gave so much inform nation and took the trip to the next level for us. The stop at the lagoon was lovely, absolutely stunning. The northern lights tour was incredible however unlike the morning we were not given a time frame of when we would be back. The tour said 13.5 hours in total bit didn’t mention that you have over 3 hours between tours so after arriving for our pick up at 8 am we were dropped back around 5 and not picked up again until 9 pm and arrived back after 1am. It was a very long day. The lights were amazing as was our guide but we were so tired from such a long day it was hard to enjoy. If you e did this tour again I would book the lights on a different day to the circle. Definitely not one for kids as it’s such a long day
I can’t praise it enough. It was pacy , fun and worth every penny we paid. The morning was jam packed with stunning views and activities. The lagoon wasn’t too busy and was fantastic . We were blown away by the springs and the volcano. seeing tbe lights at night with Dennis was out of this world. The coaches were of top quality and on time to the T. Our operator moved our pick up to near our hotel with best little notice- thank you! Sonnie, the morning guide made it enjoyable and was humorous but so knowledgable. Must book this fantastic experience.
This was a great experience the staff were lovely the sights were exactly what we expected the only downside was we didn’t get to see the northern light this was not the company’s fault this was due to weather and is leaving however the team were extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend this company over and over again thank you
Barbara and Gregory were the best tour guide possible. We got to experience the prettiest northern lights. Barbara was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. You can tell you love what you do and it’s contagious 😊
Nice pace coach trip. Secret lagoon visit was in the morning. Very good guide Heidi. Very informative tour guide.
The morning started off well with Syzman and Jessica providing a smooth ride with key information without being overwhelming for others still trying to wake up. We had a scenic day with clear skies and even had time to see the horses. The Northern Lights tour with JP was great as he really tried to be attentive to everyone to assure they had a good experience with a photo to remember no matter your device. Overall great bang for your buck tour, just be ready for a long day as you only get a 2 hour break in between
I loved everything about this tour. I was so worth it and priced much better than other tours. Everything flowed seamlessly, and adding the pick-up and drop-off was great. The tour helped me see and experience so much of Iceland in one day without feeling rushed. I recommend that you dress very warm because even if it 40 degrees, if it’s windy you will be very cold while outside. I wore an ankle length coat and layers under. I would recommend to everyone, and we actually got very lucky to see the northern lights as soon as we went an hour out. It was magical. Hot chocolate was tasty as well. Both guides were awesome very nice.
Excellent communication and updates from the tour provider especially since our pick up point had been moved, so make sure you read the messages sent to you carefully. The tour was well organised and Thomas, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. We had plenty of rest stops and food could be bought throughout the day. It was great to see the different landscapes which make up this area of Iceland. The Secret Lagoon was a welcome break during the trip - lovely and warm. We hadn't realised that the Northern Lights trip was separate. You are dropped off early evening and go back on another tour later in the evening. Our tour guide (sorry forgotten her name) knew lots about the Northern Lights and we were lucky enough to see the red colours! Absolutely amazing! Just wrap up warm! We didn't even leave Reykjavik. A good day out, we just think a smaller group for the Northern Lights would have suited us better.
Absolutely amazing tour guides were amazing, so patient and kind and were willing to answer any questions at all, we even ended up taking more time just to see the perfect view of the northern lights, special thanks to the captain Eugene! We were lucky enough to have him on both tours we did and he was exceptional! Highly recommend this tour we saw the most amazing sights and it really shows what an amazing country this is!
This is the perfect tour for anyone wanting to explore key sights in Iceland. TL/DR: perfect package plus great team - long day with chaotic pick ups. With it being our first trip to Iceland, we wanted to see some of its stunning nature but weren't too sure where to start or whether we'd be able to drive to all places, so we picked this tour. We started the day waiting for the bus near our hotel. It was a little chaotic as the bus was a little late and then drivers were reading out names and people were flocking around each bus (there were several at the same time). Our guide Anna was fantastic. Even though the tour started just after 8.30am, she was energetic, knowledgeable, funny and approachable. Szymon is a great driver and I felt safe and comfortable sitting in the bus all day. First stop: Firstly, we stopped at a fuel station where we could use the toilets (very clean and short queues) and a fantastic bakery. We bought a number of pastries that kept us going all day. The staff was very quick! Second stop: Kerid Crater Breathtaking crater. We could walk all around it and even go down near the little lake inside of it. People could take photos and use the toilets. Third stop: secret lagoon What a place. Despite a full bus of people getting out at the same time, watching a safety video together, taking a shower and then entering the lagoon together, it was so peaceful. The water is so warm and you could even enter smaller sources with slightly hotter and one cold (6°) water. The entire place is well maintained and all staff are friendly. All men/ women do have to shower naked without any real closed off space for privacy. There's lockers for your belongings and shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hair dryers. The lagoon also has a miniature geyser that will erupt every few minutes. Fourth stop: Geysers Here, we could see a number of geysers. The OG geyser which is no longer active, but also Strokkur which erupts every few minutes. It's definitely worth the wait, as there's something magical about absolutely boiling hot water shooting out of the earth surrounded by icy grounds. We also climbed the mountain for some spectacular views. There's a centre near the geysers, where you can eat, shop or use the toilets. This is where the tour was given extra time to have lunch. Next stop: Gullfoss What a stunning waterfall. We once again had plenty of time to walk around and take photos. There's a cafe that serves delicious hot chocolate. Last stop: Þingvellir national park Anna walked us out to a spot and gave us some historical background to the importance of this site. We then had time to walk around and explore the area by ourselves. All in all, this tour is designed in a way that you don't ever feel like you're sitting on the bus for too long, nor do you feel like you're on your feet too long. There's plenty of toilets throughout the day and depending on how well you walk, you can stay close to the bus or walk to your heart's content. Anna is a great tour guide and definitely knows what she's doing. In the evening, we took a bus to chase the Northern Lights. Pick up was even more chaotic as there was loads of people and loads of buses and no real system to it. Once on the bus, Darren (our guide) was talking to us until we got to a more secluded spot to see the Lights - yes, we saw them! Darren helped take photos and shared tips on how to make sure photos come out great. At some point, he gave everyone a tiny cup of hot chocolate to warm us up. He was clearly very passionate about what he does and asked the participants a few times if we were all content before finally getting us back to our bus stops. Definitely worth the money!
Fantastic journey along the South Coast. Our guide, Stefan and driver, Tomas, were brilliant. Lots of info and anecdotes which gave us a great taste of the real Iceland. Every stop brought a new highlight and there were several rest/food stops along the way. We were even treated to an impromptu display of the northern lights at the last waterfall and were able to spend longer there to appreciate it. Excellent tour, extremely satisfied with how it went.
The pick-up of passengers is a nightmare! The tour, itself, once on the bus, was fantastic. The bus driver needs a microphone to call passengers, or better markings on the busses.
We had a wonderful Golden Circle tour with Ava on 1/17!! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The highlights for us were Gulfoss and the Secret Lagoon. Unfortunately the Northern Lights tour was cancelled two days in a row due to weather.
My family of 6 opted to have a 2 day layover in Iceland. To see some of Iceland, we chose this tour the morning after a midnight arrival. Iceland is incredibly beautiful, and the landscape changes frequently. We were able to see this beautiful part of Iceland in a safe and efficient manner. To and from the sights, our guide gave us interesting facts and stories about Iceland. The bus driver was safe and experienced. You are with hundreds of tourists, so it will be congested. With that said, this tour was well executed to let us see the highlights of the Golden Circle.
Wonderful and friendly tour, got to see more of each site with explanations that other tours have lacked. Unfortunately it was way too cloudy to do the northern lights portion but they gladly rescheduled it multiple times.
Well, what can I say? What an absolutely fantastic excursion especially for my first one the tour guide Daniel was full of local knowledge of Reykjavík and Iceland and made the whole experience amazing he went above and beyond in my opinion and asked for the driver being a fellow coach driver his driving was that smooth I nodded off twice can’t wait for the northern lights excursion tomorrow night
Great solo adventure. My one grievance was with the Northern Lights tour. During the first location, the guide couldn't be troubled to tell us it was time to go. Rather, the driver honked the horn to get us moving which seemed a bit rude. There was nothing personalized but understandable for the price.
The Golden Circle Tour was great but I can’t comment on the Northern Lights tour because in the mob scene at the meeting point our name was not called and we were left off the bus. There were several big busses and several guides calling out names among the din of bus motors and people shouting it was a bit traumatic. We checked with each bus but they said our name wasn’t on the list. I did call customer service and they our bus had left and there was nothing they could do but give a partial refund. Very disappointing.
The whole experience was amazing! Daniel was my guide for the secret lagoon and golden circle and he was very informative and patient with our group. I don’t recall the name of my northern lights guide but she was amazing! We were able to catch the lights on our first stop and I accomplished something on my bucket list
Fantastic tour with really knowledgable guide Sunny, who was fun and really enthusiastic along with our driver Eugen, it was well delivered and i believe everyone had a good time. We then later, went on the Northern Lights tour with Roman? He was a fantastic guide and was so determined that we would see the lights I thought he would drive us to Sweden if that's what it took!! A great tour and really well organised with lovely helpful staff who made it really memorable.
Anna was our guide..The tour was truly one of the very best tours i have ever taken. It was clear from the start that she was very knowledgeable, professional, and truely enjoys her work..She talked to us all day giv ing so many perspectives on many areas which we visited over a 10 hour period..She and the driver conversed as a team all day strategizing over bonus opportunities to add to our experience...It gave us a true taste of the wonderful country of Iceland. We Will be back!
