The tour was an amazing experience. Thomas was a wonderful tour guide and driver. Getting picked up from the hotel made it so easy and he kept the ride entertaining. My expectations were exceeded! Elva was also our guide and his support & light hearted demeanor made the ride so enjoyable. I would highly highly recommend this tour and hope you get a chance to do this once in a life time experience; you will not regret it!

This was such a wonderful experience. I went on a solo trip for my birthday, and they did not disappoint, both the driver and guides were so fun and informative. They even surprised me with a birthday cake. Its definitely a must do!

This is really a great tour. Very unique and tons of fun. The drive to get there takes a while but our driver, Thomas, was fun and gave us lots of good information. And trust me, as you get closer to Base Camp the drive is just as much an adventure as the actual snow mobiles and glacier. They provide snow suits, gloves, face covers, goggles and helmets so don’t worry if you didn’t come to Iceland prepared for an outdoor adventure. Elvir was our guide on the snow mobiles, glacier and ice cave. He was very patient with all of us (none of whom had ever ridden snowmobiles before). He kept a close eye on us and wouldn’t let anyone get separated from the group. It felt very safe. The snowmobile rides were tons of fun. The ice cave so amazing to see and learn about. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to really experience and learn about Iceland.

Amazing! The whole experience from booking to the day of the trip was well organised. Follow the 'before you go' guidance which tells you what to wear etc. I used this as a guide for packing before we flew out. The snowmobiling was a great experience and the ice cave was excellent. The guides were knowledgeable and experienced and ensured that everything went as smoothly as it could.

Amazing trip that had soooo many stops and different places. Thomas was very professional and was a phenomenal guide.

Well guided tour by Thomas. Saw the sights of the golden circle including geysirs and waterfalls. Plenty of time at each stop. Comfortable drive. Small group that met with other groups for the ice cave. The ride on the monster truck was unforgettable. Going deep into the Icelandic snowy wilderness. Highly recommended tour and incredible experience.

The guides were extremely knowledgeable and patient, keeping us safe. The instructions were easy to understand. We had a perfect weather day of sunshine and no wind! We did this as a family activity and it was the highlight of our time here in Iceland. We will be back!

The pick up was easy, on time. We started the journey at 730am. Reached the place where we got our suits m, helmets and accessories, then jumped into a bigger truck to take us up to the snowmobiles. I’ll be honest, anxiety sunk in once we got to the snowmobiles. All the guys who helped make this excursion possible were all so nice and helpful. They definitely helped calm the nerves down. We got on the snowmobiles and we were on our way. SO INCREDIBLY THRILLING!!!!’ The views the feeling. Indescribable. Would 100 percent do this again. We then made our way to the ice cave and learned some cool facts about the ice cave for this season! Took some very cool pictures and got back on the snowmobiles and made our way back down or up if you will. Going to the ice cave seemed a lot longer than the way back! It ended too soon. What a unique experience. If you’re on the fence, I guarantee this is a MUST DO!!!!

Elskan min, this trip was fantastic. Your guides were very friendly and helpful. Views were out of this world. Ice cave was scarily claustrophobic at first but was exhilarating to see ice above head.

We arrived on time and the truck wouldn’t start. We waited over 2 hours and had to cancel. Our driver, Thor, went out of his way to make the day better for us. He took us to a greenhouse and got us lunch for free. While we were waiting, they called him and said we could snowmobile. This is now almost 4 hours late. We went up the mountain and the van inflation/deflation system wasn’t working. We were stuck on the mountain and made the best of it. When we FINALLY got to snowmobile, the views are unbelievable. Truly breathtaking. You cannot compare this anything in the world. The path to get there was daunting. But it was well worth it. And the biggest thank you to Thor for never giving up and going above and beyond for our group. He’s the real MVP!

All of the equipment was high quality, warm, and clearly well maintained—it handled the glacier conditions perfectly and kept us comfortable the entire time. The ice cave itself was incredible and truly something special to see in person. Our guide, Thomas, was friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment he picked us up to the time he dropped us off right in front of our hotel. He made the whole experience feel smooth, safe, and fun. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience we won’t forget—especially getting to do it on Valentine’s Day!

One of the best experiences we have ever had, very hard to put into words, Absolutely fantastic. Our guide Joanna was fantastic and very informative of all that was around us, told us all about the ice cave and the glacier. Our driver Thor was also very informative and told us all about the journey to the base camp explaining all sorts of local information. All in all a fantastic and unforgettable experience. Expensive but worth every penny. You ride a snowmobile to and from the cave and it's an absolute blast. Two people for on snowmobile so go with a friend or partner.

An incredible jam packed day with our guide Thomas. Faultless experience from booking, to pick up in Reykjavík, to the amazingly curated day of stops around the golden circle. The bus was the ‘coolest’ of all the pick ups and the day trip continued to be just as great! Thomas was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly has a great love of Iceland and loved showing off some of the highlights of this beautiful country. Timings and facilities across the day worked brilliantly. The tour combined perfect with the glacier truck and ice cave experience which was ideal to maximise our short break in Iceland. I’d highly recommend the tour, and Thomas as our guide, to anyone visiting Iceland d.

Weather and view were spectacular that day. The staff was incredible. Snow machines were in great shape. We rode out to the stunning snow cave and then spent some time riding the snow machines across the glacier. Huge blast.

A brilliant, unique experience. We booked with arctic adventures for the 7:30am pick up from Reykjavik. Our guide and driver, Thomas, kept us entertained on the journey with his interesting knowledge about Iceland. The experience itself was magical - a trip in a huge truck from base camp through amazing scenery to reach the start point for the snowmobiles. Thomas and the instructors made sure we were safe and well informed on how to use the snowmobiles before we set off. We stopped off at an ice cave where we were shown inside, given an interesting explanation about the cave and allowed plenty of time for self-exploration and pictures. Then it was back on the snowmobiles for a longer and very fun ride back to the start. Could not recommend this tour enough - you won’t regret it!

Had the best son Thomas the driver was amazing and full of knowledge definitely recommended and we'd definitely do the again next time!

Whilst the location on the glacier was amazing, the snow mobile ride was too short and the ice cave was unremarkable and took too much time. We only rode a very short 6 kilometres (3km each way) and had to follow the rider in front of us. The snowmobiles were stuck in the tracks from the previous snowmobile which meant there was no free riding or letting you cut your own lines. The ride was much less than an hour because of the time taken at the ice cave. The ride should have been much longer given the price we paid for the tickets. NOT CHEAP! The ice cave was OK but unremarkable so was a little disappointing. Had we have been able to ride longer, given it was a whole day trip with more than 10 hours of travel time from Reykjavik I would have given the trip a better review.

Well organized tour with friendly guides. Our driver made sure that we all made it on the tour bus even when we were running a little late. Our snowmobile guides were also awesome with their tips and tidbits on the glacier. Very cool and fun tour overall

We took the 730 pick up - perfect for a snooze until we reached the base camp. After the snowmobile and ice cave - which was super - on the way back ; we stopped to see the horses and did a drive by of the Geysier. Pretty much perfect for ticking off everything we wanted to do. The office also was very responsive to all my questions. Thank you !

We did the Glacier Snowmobiling & Natural Ice Cave Tour from Reykjavík, and honestly, for around $400 per person, I’m not sure it was worth the cost. The majority of the time out of our 8-9 hour day was spent inside a vehicle, and we only got maybe 10–15 minutes actually snowmobiling. While the scenery was beautiful, we definitely expected more time riding on the glacier. Also, be aware that they take a pretty large group…from our estimate about 30–35 people and because everyone goes in a single line on the snowmobiles, there’s a lot of waiting time just for the group to stay together as 1-2 guides work to reposition multiple stuck guests on the trail seemingly every few minutes. At the ice cave, not everyone fits inside at the same time, so you end up shoulder-to-shoulder, squeezed in, trying to see and take photos. It kind of takes away from the experience and makes the cave feel rushed instead of immersive. The guides were friendly and the landscape is amazing, but overall, for the price, we expected significantly more time on the snowmobiles and a deeper, less crowded cave experience.

Erm. WOW. What a phenomenal adventure and superb service! We had a wicked time with Peter our guide and thoroughly enjoyed the Snowmobiling! We visited near to the end of the season but still had luck with plenty of snow. The team really support you in training and making sure you are safely dressed/equipped. They also really make the effort to ensure you can get an epic photo of your experience too. The glacier cave was amazing to see and the team explained how it forms etc too. BUT the biggest shout out goes to Peter! What a guy! He is the friendliest man who ensured we were really looked after. Full of knowledge, engaging to speak with and just generally a lovely guy! If you’re game for some adventure be sure not to miss this one!

The staff was incredible, made the tour interesting comfortable and fun. The snowmobiling is a once in a lifetime opportunity and you will NOT regret it!! It is really really cool + the glacier is incredible. The ice cave however was a bit of a disappointment.
