Gud was an excellent guide, lots of Iceland history and info about highlights. Our Golden Circle Tour and Laugauras Lagoon but was not an option. He was so informative at Pingvellir National Park. He was also funny. Totally enjoyed his tour

Konstantious went out his way to drop us back due to the bad weather. We are very thankful.
Another great day out, the blue lagoon was very hot, we had fun with the face masks. Everyone was very friendly. Beautiful. Sadly we didn't get to see the Northern lights threw the naked eye as it was too cloudy, although the company did offer us another visit.
The blue lagoon was definitely my favourite place we went, went for 4 days, Albert was an amazing tour guide and very patient with a bunch of teenagers who were constantly late to getting back on the bus
Very efficient and well organized. For the most part sights were easily accessible for older individuals and those with reduced mobility (e.g., paved paths, handrails, etc.). There was a decent amount of time at each stop, could have been more, but was sufficient to see the sights. Toilets available at each stop. The bus was very comfortable. Driver Bjorn was a great driver, kept us safe and picked us up and dropped us off at easy locations. Guide Albert was very knowledgeable, a little abrasive and seemed like he was annoyed with us at first but was fine once the tour got started.
Our family of 4 had a blue lagoon tour by reykjavik excursions . Pick up time was at 10 am and we got to the pick up location ( bus stop 15 ) by 9:15 am since they told us bus may get to location earlier by 30 mins. Bus didn't come by 10 am so we called and their response was that bus was at the location and didn't see anyone so it did not stop. Excursion representative did not want to hear my side and just told me that bus was there and we weren't. She told us to pay extra for another pickup and also pay extra fee for blue lagoon tickets since time slot has changed. I found out later from my hotel cleark that reykjavik excursions did not pick up other hotel guests who had different time slot and blamed them for not showing up. Funny thing is that on a different day, I was on a golden circle tour by this excursion company and was well aware of what bus looked like and how their operations worked. Even on that tour, they overbooked the tour and had to let people wait for a different time slot later . They scam people by overbooking , charge extra blaming missed pickups. This excursion company is totally unprofessional, scams people and they need to get investigated by the Iceland government. Stay away from this company.
Our trip was amazing. Guide Mr G & driver Arm interacted with us brilliantly , their knowledge was amazing. Trip was perfect in every way
So we started with the blue lagoon and it was really good, expensive when you get in. There is no need to pay 30 pound for two slushes with a tiny bit of wine in them, but it is what it is your a captive audience I suppose. The lagoon itself is really nice. Good views and when you find a hot spot it’s amazing. The Northern lights…. So you book this on a whim there isn’t a set rule that you will see them. Clear skies etc help but still it’s a luck game. We have been very lucky. We arrived at the viewing point, got off the coach and within minutes they appeared, honestly the most amazing experience, they lasted for a good hour and a half. Lighting up the skies above our heads. It was amazing to say the least. 10/10
You do not provide clear or accurate tour information. Getting to and from pickup location was misleading. You said a guide would be provided for the tour, there was no guide for the Blue Lagoon. This was not a tour it was 2 different tours with misleading pickup/ drop off information
Great place excellent relaxing, bus driver was great we enjoyed the atmosphere the staff was friendly. The driver gave us other great sites to see he was friendly Nsme is Konstantinos
The blue lagoon was beautiful and peaceful. Wish we could have seen the northern lights, but the weather wouldn't participate
Our pick up from the hotel was fine but our drop off was confusing. We ended up on a bus that only went to the Bus Terminal from the Blue Lagoon had to end up waiting about an hour for the bus to specifically drop us off at our Hotel. The Blue Lagoon was. Spectacular we truly enjoyed it. Unfortunately for the sky was too cloudy so we didn’t get the full experience but that’s Mother Nature’s doing not the Tour Operators fault
Amazing service, very well organized, informative and helpful. Always in time, we were able to enjoy our experience and never our peace of mind.
I'm from Chile, and I went to Iceland with a friend and a big group of people from different countries. The experience was just amazing. All the places are so beautiful, and the agency was great. Actually, we started being friends with the bus driver, her name is Árný, and nowadays we are still in touch. Just hoping to go again.
Unfortunately, due to the recent eruption our tour to the Blue Lagoon was cancelled. There was good communication and we received a prompt refund. We still had the Northern Lights tour. It was well worth it to be taken far away from the lights of the city to see the lights. Absolute magic! Be sure to dress super warm.
We had a great day. Trip to blue lagoon was relaxing with a mask and drink. Don't worry about being outside as you go straight into the pool from inside. Conditioner, conditioner conditioner! Ideally there would have been a 5pm bus back as we had a long wait. We saw the northern lights straight away after having dulinner in rekjavik and coack back out the national park. It was sooo cold like I a never experienced. Set up your camera on a night longest exposure before you get off the bus. Guide didn't really say anything but dropped us, safely back to our hotel around 12:30. Pm.
The price was higher than the value of what I got. Definitely wasn’t worth it. It should include a lunch with it for the price.
Awful experience on Northern lights trip, did not get to bed until 3 am - not what was promised Blue lagoon is lovely but staff were like little dictators ordering people about
Absolutely amazing experience, the bus pick up service was very reliable and made us feel at ease. The tour guide for the northern lights was great too.
The guides are lovely very knowledgeable Be aware they can not tell you you will see northern lights but they will try to help The transfers to and from go easily be on time for the pick ups as that causes them to be late waiting around Wrap up warm as the light means waiting around in cold and wind and it gets cold
The Northern Lights part of this tour was amazing. There were 500 of us on this tour! Yes, 500 people. It took multiple buses to get us all out to the site. The guide talked way too much and seemed disorganized. The minute we stepped off the bus, the Northern Lights put on a show. They were fabulous for over 90 minutes! It was breathtaking. Lots of tours had success that night finding the lights. The problem I have with this dual tour is the lack of communication. The Blue Lagoon was closed due to the volcano. I understand that. What I do not understand is why we have to beg for a refund and write multiple messages to get help. The tour was canceled at the last minute, so there was not a chance to get a new tour. Then, the company sent a message saying that we are entitled to a refund, but they have not given it to us. Nor have they answered any messages. I would not use this company again. They won't even tell us how much of a refund we should have?!?
Tour cancelled by provider due to seismic activity in the area, but I won't receive a full refund. No logical explanation given.
The trip was easy to book through TripAdvisor and was confirmed well with good communication with the excursion company. Travel to and from the Blue Lagoon was warm and comfortable. The time was soooo good at the Blue Lagoon, made to feel welcome with amazing facilities that are clean and spacious. The face masks and drink were great there. Is an amazing place for sure, so glad we went there. The evening trip to hunt for Northern lights was well organised and information was free flowing through the guide. We didn't see any Northern Lights but was always a chance. The knowledge they gave us though helped us see some the next night from Reykjavik bay so we finished off our holiday on a high.
Impeccable service from Reykjavik Excursions! I visited Iceland with my elderly grandparents in May and the tours were top-notch, allowing my less mobile grandparents to enjoy all the main sights in Reykjavik. Everything was really well organised, the tour guide was able to speak several languages to accommodate all her guests and was very knowledgeable. We had a great time. Beyond this though, I would like to thank Dragana, Anete, Trisha and more of the front desk team who were able to help when my grandfather lost his phone on one of the transfers. Over two months later, when the phone was found under the seat fabric, they reached out to us and were happy to painlessly ship the phone to me. Their honesty, integrity and helpfulness go beyond any sense of duty and I’m really grateful.
My family and I visited Iceland for a week recently. A truly wonderful trip - Iceland is one of the most scenic countries in the world - with unreal landscapes. A highlight was a visit to the justly famous Blue Lagoon. Yes, lots of people, but a wonderfully relaxing experience nonetheless. The best advice that I can give is to go if you possibly can. We were a family of five, including a 6-year-old. He loved the trip as well, so something for everyone.
We attended the northern lights, blue lagoon and golden circle tours. They were amazing and worth doing. Guides were great!
Both elements of this trip were really well organised and we had a wonderful time at the Blue Lagoon. We were also so lucky to see incredible Aurora Borealis. So pleased with this trip.
Excellent service from this company. Sadly, our Northern Lights tour was cancelled twice, however communication was excellent and we had a part refund. The only thing worth noting is that Reykjavik isn’t as big as I thought, so whilst we were requesting to be picked up from bus stops around the city, we could have just walked to the terminal. For example, if you book a trip from Bus Stop 8, you’ll be picked up anytime within a half hour time slot. This smaller bus will take you to the terminal. At the terminal you change to a bigger bus, leaving from departures. The terminal is warmer than standing at a bus stop.
We booked are transfers with them for Airport and and golden circle blue lagoon and Northern lights we had know problem at all enjoyed all the trips very good tour operators would recommend them you go to bus station to change buses but bring you back to hotels after your trip out which is great
All I have to say is, this tour company is THE BEST. Streamlined service, great tour guides, Also did the Golden Circle tour with this as well, but couldn't select all places we went....I HIGHLY suggest using them for your visit. Our GC tour was THE BEST. Marta and our driver (whose name I cannot pronounce or spell) were the CUTEST!!! Will definitely use them again!! Giuseppe & the driver for the Northern Lights were SO MUCH fun and we saw the light!!! Hope Giuseppe is feeling better!!!
Truly stunning experience from the blue lagoon to the northern lights. This trip is definitely worth booking when in Iceland!
Very well organised trip. Stunning scenery and the Blue Lagoon was fun. The guide was good and quite amusing.
We booked multiple tours that were, we thought, combos. No one told us we have to leave the tour return to our starting point and go on the next. Long wait between tours. No one mentioned it. Very disappointed as we had a short trip and wanted to squeeze in as much as possible.
Amazing experience from start to finish! The blue lagoon package was great and the bus arrives and departs on time. The northern lights was something I will cherish for a lifetime.
Nordic Visitor booked Reykjavik Excursions to take us out to see the northern lights and to the Blue Lagoon. While we didn't see the lights, we did have a really clear night and caught a few shooting stars. Our guide was great - funny, and determined to get us to a place we could see the lights. He kept testing the sky with his camera and talking to us about the science behind the northern lights. They offer customers the ability to rebook free if you don't see the lights. We weren't able to just based on our full schedule, but I thought that was a great option.
an amazing adventure...a wonderful company to do business with...customer service was perfection...our tour guide, Snorri, was more than terrific...adjustments to our itinerary had to be made due to weather conditions....Snorri and the company made sure we were safe...and did not disappoint. an impromptu visit to outdoor swimming and hot tubs....and a wonderful hotel...we are definitely going back...and will definitely book with this company again! Snorri shared the story of Iceland and its people...its land...its music...and so much more. thank you Reykjavic Excursions....thank you Snorri.
We booked the 1pm tour and it was great the bus drivers were as usual friendly and helpful and when we arrived at the lagoon we were told we could stay longer than the two hours advertised so we ended up staying 3 (at no extra cost) with plenty of time to get back to Reykjavík for the northern lights tour.
I have just returned from the most amazing trip in Reykjavik. I couldnt recommend it enough. Reykjavik excursions are the perfect company to use. Easy and simple and made it perfect. I used them for all excursions. Airport transfers, northern lights, golden circle and blue lagoon with pick up and drop off. All straight forward. All on time. I couldn't recommend this company enough.
Amazing day with Reykjavik excursions tours. First at the Blue lagoon. Worth the money and a wonderful experience. Silica mud mask was fun and a free drink of your choice from the bar with the comfort package. Whole experience made easy with the blue lagoon wrist band (which you use for lockers/payment etc). Take a waterproof bag for your phone. Lots of opportunities for photos in the lagoon. Then in the evening we struck it lucky with the northern lights (one of the best displays this winter the tour guide said). The lights appeared late in the evening with various colours dancing across the sky (photos dont do it justice). Wrap up warm though and be prepared for a late night. We got home at 1am. All round top day AA☆☆
It was just terrific visiting the Blue Lagoon. Upon arrival we was taken care of by very Friday staff. They helped us “settle down”. After a shower we vent into the Blue Lagoon. It was not that warn at first but after some meters it was comfortable. The outside, yes we were outside, temperature was about zero and it was raining/snowing, but felt as -6 degree Celsius. The head was very very cold, so we did not stay in for lońg. We vent inside and took a drink and went back to the Blue Lagoon again Angeles got our face mask. It was a really enjoyable experience, but I think it would be even more enjoyable in the summer.
This trip was very fun!! The tour guide was very funny and polite, always kept us informed about where we were, what there is to see, even taught us some icelandic language and told us icelandic stories! recommend to everyone
The first part, the actual travel to and from to the Blue Lagoon, was adequate. It turns out there are tour providers that actually pick up from your hotel and deliver you back to your hotel. I would have preferred that method, rather than making my way from my hotel, across town to the completely charmless BSI bus station. On to the Blue Lagoon experience itself. It is excellent. What actually happens: you are issued a towel, and instructions on how to clean yourself before entering the Lagoon. The locker room is very spacious and scrupulously clean -- young women are constantly squeegeeing the floor, and other wise cleaning. You are directed to a locker where you can stow your clothes, and then proceed to the shower area, where you strip naked, wash "head, armpits, groin, and feet" -- only then don your bathing suit and enter the lagoon. The actual Blue Lagoon is a man-made lagoon, I believe cast in concrete, which takes advantage of the geothermal activity in the area to have an enormous pool that's about a meter deep. The water is very mineral rich, so you float very easily. The silicon mud mask was fun, and the wine I had lovely. I floated and soaked for about 65 minutes. There's a cafeteria and more formal restaurant, a lounging area, and other amenities. I highly recommend the Blue Lagoon experience -- just choose another way of getting there. On to the Northern Lights experience. For this, I again had to make my way from the hotel to the BSI station -- although I thought I had booked hotel pickup. My mistake. By the time I figured it out, I had to take a taxi. Taxis in Reykjavik are very expensive. This is a very large group -- tour bus size-- experience. You are driven out to a field (or National Park?) where you may or may not see the Northern Lights. Our guide, although charming, explained nothing of the science of the Northern Lights, or what may or may not affect your viewing odds. There were a minimum of 4 tour buses at the same site. I do not recommend this type of tour -- look for a very small group tour with guides who can explain the science, and increase your odds of viewing.
So I have mixed reviews about this tour. Based off the experience I did have with Reykjavik Excursions to Blue Lagoon I would rate it high. But I also had the northern lights half of the tour cancelled and have no idea how to contact someone for a refund. The way this tour is booked is two separate tours put together in one package. One could be canceled and you’ll have a difficult time trying to get a refund. booking it through a third party you have to go through Viator to get any hope of a refund... but based off the experience I had it was a wonderful tour.
Very good experience, Christian is very pleasant and gives explanations throughout the bus trips. We recommend!
Very nice view from blue lagoon and evening the northern lights Have also been to the falls and have done the trip of whale watching, very worthwhile. Note everything is terribly expensive!
Friendly and very interesting guide, excellent driver, balanced route, beautiful and in a respect of very valuable schedules
Good tour company, available, attentive, conciliatory. We took several excursions with them in February 2018. The only downside was the eastern fjords with too long a bus day and a not very dynamic guide. Everything else was fine. Feel free to
