Arrival In Iceland – Private Transfer From Keflavík Airport

The car was spotless and had two bottles of ICELANDIC WATER for us. Very informative driver, told and showed us things of interest.

Was there waiting for us & was a really nice guy who pointed out places on the way and gave us interesting facts about Iceland.

Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we picked up our bags at the airport in Iceland. She was friendly, professional, and got us to our hotel in Reykjavík safely and comfortably. The car was spotless and in excellent condition. We travel often and truly appreciate great service—this company delivered. Communication before our arrival was also excellent, with the driver’s name and details shared in advance. We highly recommend this service.

Dan was there to meet us when we arrived, even though we were a day late. I texted him when we missed our original flight, he answered - " .. I will change this for tomorrow. See you then." And he did. Welcomed us to Iceland and provided a commentary about Iceland along the way to our hotel. Dan's both personable & professional. We'd certainly use his services again.

Mr Hanson was waiting for us when we arrived, grabbed our large luggage pieces, and took us to his car. We had pleasant off and on conversation (probably because it was 6:30am and we’d been on a plane for 6+ hours) to our hotel where, once again, he took our large bags from the trunk and inside for us. It was very quick, smooth, and completely stressless! A very good start to our vacation!

It was smooth sailing from the time of booking on line to our arrival when the driver was there to pick us up on time.

I would recommend this driving service. He was waiting for us when we got there and had clear communication to connect once we landed. He was a safe driver while driving through the snow. Also, he told us a little about what we were passing on the ride.

Friendly driver, on time, clean vehicle. Pricey compared to Flybus but they take you directly to your hotel, not a bus transfer station.

A great experience after a long flight. Haraldur met us at the customs exit, took care of our luggage, and gave us a comfortable ride to our hotel, where he brought our luggage to the front desk. During the trip he pointed out interesting sights and told stories about the history of his country. Very enjoyable experience.

Private driver was present at Arrivals with our name on a tablet, all on time. Nice drive into city directly to our hotel. Seemed expensive vs a bus but Iceland is known for really high prices and cost of living. Plus we did not have to walk with luggage from a close-by bus stop. Clean car and we were given water bottles to take with. Nice driver.

Great experience, highly recommended! Our flight landed very early around 4am in the morning. Our driver Marius was already there greeting us. He is very friendly and helped us to locate the rental apartment key to make sure we can get in when he drop us off. Thank you Marius!

Our pick up from KEF AIRPORT couldn’t have been any better! Our driver was patiently waiting for us with our name boldly displayed and we were properly greeted by a true Icelander:)!!! He gave us a short geography lesson(which was fascinating) and ended with a “What to See and Do” tour of the city. Thanks for all the bells and whistles!!!!!

We used this service for transfer both ways from and to the airport. Communication was great, the van in extremely good shape and staff very friendly. Having someone waiting for you upon arrival who knows where you are headed makes the transfer to your destination so much less stressful/. It was a good choice and I would highly recommend this company!

Great transfer ride from airport. After arriving to Iceland, it was so nice to have our driver great us and help with bags. On the drive to the hotel, our driver was incredibly informative. He had lived in Iceland his whole life and provided a very interesting history of the island. He was also fluent in English. In summary the transfer was well worth the cost and a much better experience than the alternatives at the airport.

Marius was a great driver and guide for the short trip. Our flight was a little early but he was nevertheless right there waiting for us at the exit. A word about pricing if you’ve not traveled to Iceland before: this seems more expensive than the bus but if you factor in a taxi from the bus station in Reykjavik to your hotel, it’s about the same or even cheaper. Plus, you get a comfortable van, coffee, and a pleasant conversation.

Not only was the driver easy to find, he offered great service, and he was very amiable. He not only told me what in his mind is special about Iceland, but he pointed out some sights. The brief "tour" gave me a nice introduction to the country.
