A very convenient and comfortable transfer from Reykjavik city centre to Keflavik Airport. The pickup was well organised, the driver was professional and courteous, and the journey was smooth. It was a stress-free way to end our Iceland trip and get to the airport on time. Would recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable airport transfer.

Good efficient transfer yo the City center which takes about 45 minutes. Bus may take off before the sceduled time so be there by 5-10 minutes prior. People are lined up. Cost is reasonable versus a taxi.
You get to the station and find the bus, they load your luggage for you and all you have to do is find a seat once they scan your code. Very easy and convenient.
The drives are patient, polite and professional. The bus are dropping off and picking up per the schedule.
Stress free transfer. Free wifi and comfortable clean bus. Easy to find the bus station and well organised. Drop off right outside airport terminal.
Convenient way to get to and from airport to Reyjkavik. Cheaper than taxi, not sure about Uber, but I imagine uber is more. Buses are clean and well maintained. There apparently is no set schedule on MOST days. They send a bus out when there are enough passengers to make it equitable. Seemed like Sunday was every 40 minutes or so. Best to call and check
Great service, very efficient, easy to book and use. Helpful staff who point out the correct bus and stow your luggage.
Very efficient service. Bus left on time. Drop off directly outside terminal
You don’t have a lot of options to get to Reykjavík from the airport so unless you’re renting a car this is kind of it but they say Wi-Fi on board and then the entire ride you can’t get on the network. Plus they’re kind of impatient and rude. At least our lady checking us in was…
Book ahead is the best option. Took several fly buses and drivers were courteous and helpful. Good experience overall and less hassle
Expensive, for a simple bus ride to airport. There was no transfer from my hotel to the bus station.
I got tickets online so I had a reservation ahead of time which is best. The trip to the airport was full.
Prompt, easy, and safe driving. Convenient way to get from the airport to Reykjavík. Main stop is the main bus terminal, but there are options to stop at bus stops within the city to be closer to your hotel.
The flybus transfer between the airport and hotel was convenient, comfortable, and well organized. The driver was friendly, punctual, and helpful with our luggage.
My driver was the best, she was so nice! A little pricey though.
The airport transfer was so easy. The bus depot is small but even then it's not totally clear that you should go find your bus on your own. They're all parked right outside, but there are no announcements or tour guides inside calling for passengers.
Driver was very friendly and an excellent driver. We arrived on schedule and had pleasant trip. Price was very good
Everything was great and we were happy with this transportation.
The transportation from the airport to Reykjavik was easy to navigate and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Efficient and economical method of transport from Reykjavik to the airport. No hassle travel that’s on time and drops you at the door of the airport.
Very affordable and easy the bus is great to go between airports also I then grabbed a taxi to hotel Would recommend to anyone who’s popping between airport and places
Excellent and on time Amazing driver and luggage attendant Runs at all hours of the day and night rain or shine
Hotel pickup and shuttle to airport were on time. Luggage was handled efficiently. Ride was smooth. Good value for the money.
This is a great service, taking a cab is about $175. Comfortable bus, they stow your luggage below. Easy to find at the airport and the main bus station, BSI.
Smooth ride to the airport but did leave 10 minutes early. Make sure you don’t arrive at the ladt minute
Bus driver was competent, getting us to the airport safely. I don’t think he said one word the whole time…not even “welcome aboard.” If there was a bathroom onboard, he didn’t mention it. The phone chargers weren’t working at our seats and he was indifferent.
Pick up was organized & ready to go at the specific time stated. No frills, just a worry free trip to the airport.
Pick up was timely and fantastic, Got a great deal and our driver was very friendly and full of fun knowledge and stories. Very personable guy. Made great time and it was a great ride.
Absolutely reliable service. Easy to find at airport. Leaves exactly on time from bus terminal back to airport. A lot of room for luggage. Very pleasant and helpful drivers and staff.
Easy reasonable price way to get to the airport, good time options to get to the airport, comfortable bus.
Great, efficient way to get from Reykjavik to KEF! 45 min ride from the BSI terminal. Workers are very organized
The electric board didn't display boarding info, but a guy started calling for passengers, "Airport!" The coffee shop will wave your 200 ISK for using the restroom at the Bus Terminal.
Limited to where u can be picked up thru the city. Not all the stops were included. Had to by some of my tickets on Flybus site itself and could not use my points. Please allow pick up at all the Flybus stops too. Had to walk a very very long way to BSI
Super easy transportation to Reykjavík. You get off your flight and it’s waiting for you and then when ready to go back it’s always there waiting.
Travel from Reykjavik bus station to airport was very easy. Buses easy to find and left even 5 minutes early. Baggage loaded and unloaded to belly of bus by staff. 45 minute ride and drop-off location very close to terminal
The bus was hot, and not every bus was labeled with the company name so there was a lot of confusion for everyone boarding and the employees were not very helpful
Super easy to use. We just showed out Viator tickets to the person loading the luggage next to the bus and then again to the person waiting at the door of the bus. They found our names on their list and let us on board. Very smooth and easy ride. Drivers were all very nice as well!
The price was more expensive than booking on the shuttle website and was not flexible to alter pick-up location. Viator also refused a refund to book directly with the bus company to fix the issue. You are better off booking directly with Flybus.
It was easy and much cheaper than taking a private transfer to the airport. Your luggage goes in the hold and they drop you off right at the departures terminal.
Super busy bus station. Very crowded and not enough seating. Buy food before you get here. The prices are super high. We did not venture into the bathrooms. Every seat on the bus we took was taken and we got stuck at the very back. 5 seats across and were squished like sardines. Economical way to get to and from but....if you have another option you may enjoy the ride more.
It was an easy walk from our hotel, the bus left on time, it was a direct trip to airport, it was much cheaper than taking a taxi
I didn’t want to leave Iceland. But since I had to, this transfer was fairly easy and the ride was smooth.
Professional, on-time, options for multiple pick up spots. I was easily able to adjust my pick up spot soon before. Would recommend!
Be at the bus station early as the bus was full during our early morning transfer. Trip was easy and efficient-probably as quick as a taxi at 1/3 the price.
Very simple & easy to use. Left early, as the bus filled up so recommend buying tickets in advance of day you want to go.
Very easy to book. Bus left exactly on time and arrived at the airport when scheduled. Comfortable seats, safe and smooth ride.
Recommend! A fraction of the cost of other conveyances. Clean, updated bus w WiFi. Driver was proficient. Arrived on time.
Easiest way to get to out of the airport area to your hotel. A LOT less expensive than a taxi. Leaves every 30 minutes, they use the same bus stops that will take you back to the airport.
We were told that there would be a complimentary shuttle from the ship to the bus terminal, but one we arrived at port, we were assured that was no longer the case. We were told we would have to take a taxi (about $50 Cdn). So while still less than the ship transfer to the airport, keep that in mind
Didn’t end up using Viator because it got messed up. I spent 40 minutes on the phone and found out because Viator got things wrong that I would be charged more to fix it. I found my own transportation. Took me 3 hours to get to my hotel which was 40 minutes away!
