To all the ladies booking would advise a sports bra, at one point on the tour my boob's were in different area codes, in all seriousness me and my husband had a fantastic trip would definitely recommend. We had no atv driving experience but the tour guides provided excellent help at any time. Everything is safe and the people are so kind. Even my driving couldn't get them frustrated, which even my wife found odd since she was screaming all the time in the backseat.
What an amazing experience!!! Customer service was fabulous and helped me with the booking. We was picked up on time, our guide was brilliant and the track was so much fun with huge puddles and a view of the top of the mountain was just stunning. Thank you for making my husbands birthday so much fun. If anyone is thinking of doing this adventure I would recommend these all day long! 10 stars from us x
With no prior ATV experience, an enthusiastic partner, and a too-short itinerary in Reykjavik, I still felt that this was a perfect way to fit in some of the beautiful sights Iceland has to offer without committing too much time to one thing. We did this immediately after Sky Lagoon in the morning, and it was extraordinary. From the communication beforehand, to the emphatically beginner-friendly training, to the actual roads (and non-roads) we rode on - it was all excellent. The weather was pretty rough (cold, rainy, windy in late October) but it didn’t matter in the slightest. Once you’re suited up and ready to go, you’re perfectly comfortable and prepared to adventure. Would absolutely do this again.
you HAVE to do this if you go to ísland - it is not optional. Our guide Daria was amazing, we lucked into a solo tour with her and could not have enjoyed it more. This is a once in a lifetime experience that you should probably do more than once.

Had an absolute blast splashing through puddles with Sir Cactus (completelu spelling his name wrong). Although it was rainy it only added to our experience. Safari Quads provided warm, waterproof coveralls which kept us cozy and dry. It was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Safari Quads yesterday and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! 🏔️🏍️ Our guides, Patrick and Mario, were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We got picked up early from our hotel and the journey over to Safari Quads was really quick and easy. Once we got on the ATVs, the adventure really began! The tracks were epic — perfect for adrenaline junkies and anyone looking for a bit of excitement. We had so much fun riding through the Icelandic landscape, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. 🏔️🇮🇸 Patrick and Mario were fantastic guides — friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel safe while still keeping it exciting. They really helped us make the experience one we won’t forget. If you’re visiting Iceland (Reykjavik) and fancy doing something fun, adventurous and a little bit different, definitely give Safari Quads a go! Safari will fit you in overallls, helmet and gloves when you arrive after your safety briefing. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the pickup and return from and to our hotel. There was great communication from the company after our booking and prior to our experience. Our guide, Daria, led 6 of us on 3 ATV’s on a fun-filled journey on both easy and challenging paths. It was especially fun plunging through the water and making a big splash! I was content to be the passenger when we started out but when we stopped on top of a mountain to take pictures snd enjoy the panoramic views, Daria encouraged me to give driving a try myself. She agreed to stop at a paved section so my husband and I could trade places and allow me time to become comfortable with driving the ATV before going on more challenging paths. I’m SO glad I had the chance to be the driver as well as the passenger. I highly recommend this experience and hope you are as lucky as we were to have Daria as your guide. She made sure everyone was comfortable with handling the ATV and put forth every effort to make the experience fun for all of us.

I just finished an absolutely amazing one hour tour. The buggies handle incredibly well. Huge bumps that would normally cause some serious butt-puckering were smooth as butter. The scenery was epic, for being just outside Reykjavík. The guides were also great about letting everyone go at their own pace and comfort level. The gear they provide keeps you warm are dry. Especially on a Nordic safari where the only thing roaring is the ice-cold wind 🇮🇸 I’ll be back to do one of the longer tours next time.

Amazing experience. The staff was excellent. This was my first time on an ATV and the guide made sure this was a great experience for me. He adjust the pace to make sure i felt comfortable. I would highly recommend this experience. We even took some amazing photos at the top of the trail. I will definitely be doing similar types of excursions in the future.

My group of 2 adult couples with riding experience a had a perfect clear, dry day which meant minimal mud — just pure fun on the trails! The ride was very bumpy over rocks, so if you’re riding tandem, the person in the back should be prepared to hold on tight and get thrown around a bit. Our guide, Speedy, was excellent — fast, safe, and entertaining while still adjusting the pace for those who wanted to go slower. He made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. The provided gear was top-notch: thick waterproof suits, gloves, headpiece, and helmet kept us warm and dry. On a sunny day like ours, you probably won’t need all your own layers. I even wore sunglasses under the helmet, which was necessary with the bright conditions. Highly recommend this tour — great adventure right from Reykjavik!
This was the best tour of our entire Iceland trip, riding up into the highlands on an ATV, with the wind, the air, and those views — there are no words. We genuinely wanted to pause and stay in those moments. But Weronika, our tour guide, was the icing on the cake. She was a ball of positive energy from start to finish — warm, happy, and genuinely delightful to be around. She kept everyone safe, explained everything clearly, checked in on the whole group throughout the ride, and was always happy to take our photos and answer any questions. She made an already incredible experience even better. Do not skip this one.

We had an unforgettable time on the Reykjavík Peak ATV tour with Safari Quads. The weather was extreme — high winds, freezing temperatures, and much of Reykjavík was shutting down — yet this team still managed to take us out safely while keeping the adventure fully alive. They were professional, prepared, and genuinely focused on making sure we had fun and got our money’s worth. Our whole group had a blast. Highly recommend this company and their incredible crew.

Amazing experience start to finish! Our guide was super entertaining and very knowledgeable about the area/land as well as history of Iceland in general. We learned lots of new things and he was happy to answer all questions. We booked this last minute for the morning and it was a perfect way to end our trip so much fun highly recommend!!!!

We had the most amazing quad experience and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Daria was an incredible guide, so friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel completely comfortable and safe. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience really fun and relaxed. The views and the route were absolutely stunning, and you could tell a lot of care has gone into creating such a great experience. Daria’s enthusiasm and energy made it even better. I would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting – and if you get Daria as your guide you’re in for a brilliant time!

As four 60+ year olds quad biking is not something we normally do. However, this was an opportunity to do something different and it was amazing. What a professional company! We had Gonzalo as our guide and he was fantastic. We had loads of fun and would definitely do this again when next in Iceland.
