We had an excellent tour of the Reims Cathedral with Andre. He is extremely knowledgable and has a way of presenting information that flows smoothly, is very engaging and hits key points. He also speaks English beautifully. It was a terrific tour and we highly recommend Andre as a guide.
This was a wonderful experience. We got a very good introduction to the Cathedral — exterior and interior — and got a good sense of the city center as well. It was ninety minutes very well spent.

Polly was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Reims and even altered her tour to accommodate our family's requests.
Our guide did not turn up and a replacement was not available. We were not informed that our guide was not coming. We had to make several phone calls and were kept waiting. We wasted our morning. Our experience in Reims was ruined.

Reims is a small city only to stay if you will visit the champagne houses. The city has not a lot of activities, only the Cathedral and a few others. We took a private city tour but it is not necessary. The champagne maisons are the main atraction and the reason to come.
We spent a lovely morning with Elizabeth who gave us a detailed visit of the Cathedral as well as a walking tour of the history of Reims. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her and would recommend this tour.
DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. The tour guide didn’t show up at the designated meeting spot. We waited for an hour and they called over an hour later. We had already left and tour company and Viator refused to refund the amount.

We visited Reims as a group of 9 people and booked this walking tour to get some insight into the city. Our tour guide Andre was very informative and interesting. Highly recommend.
We greatly enjoyed our 2 hours with “Natalie”.She is very knowledgeable of local history & as my wife noted “enjoys sharing her knowledge “. We were most interested in the Cathedral & learned quite a lot. All in all a great experience. 5 stars all the way.
A great tour by a very knowledgeable guide. Only we had booked a city walk and it was a tour of the cathedral. Because it was so hot, we didn't mind, but it was strange.

The English speaking guide was very professional and told us a lot about the basilica. Due to poor communication with the client VIATOR UK London, the guide was late with us and we did not have time to take a walk through the city. Then 268.74 for a private guide is very expensive. I will not recommend VIATOR for a private walk through Reims.

We had a guided tour of the Cathedral of Reims, it was excellent!!!!!!!!! We had a Guide who knew her subject on the tips of her fingernails, even when asked a little unusual questions, very attentive. I would like to congratulate this lady, even if it is her job, I was captivated!!!!! Bravo and thank you, madam.

Der Führer war sehr sympathisch, und hat ein tolles deutliches englisch gesprochen. Für unsere Begriffe waren wir ein bisschen zu viel in der Kathedrale und nicht so lange in der Stadt, aber interessant war es alle Mal. Ich kann es nur empfehlen
