Our guide was very knowledgeable. The tour was worth the time and money. I would recommend this tour.

Very good guide with explanations about the architecture of the cathedral and the history especially the baptism of Clovis.
Very interesting tour, but a bit more of the fascinating royal history would have improved it. ………..
There is so much detail and history in the cathederal of Notre Dame. This tour was a great way to just get a small dose of the amazing planning and thought that went into its construction
The tour guide was very informative about the items inside the Cathedral. Tour was short. I am not sure if it is possible but a tour that included a climb up the spires would have been great.
This was an awesome tour! Celine was so thorough, taking us through the entire Cathedral, inside and out, navigating the rain. She knew the answers to every question and was kind and helpful.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke good English. She knew many interesting stories to tell about the stained glass windows and statutes, and pointing out the 'jokes' builders incorporated in the Cathedral. It's such a beautiful church/cathedral with an even more interesting history, a tour is well recommended.
The tour was exceptional and very detailed. The guide was knowledgeable, passionate about the subject, had a great sense of humor and was a great story teller. Overall excellent.
Valérie gave us a great tour of the Reims cathedral over 90 minutes. She shared tons of information on the history, architecture and the French kingd coronation rituals. She was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Learned a great deal ln this tour!
Great cathedral and nice priced tour but our guides French accent made it really hard for us. Some people left during the tour.
The tour guide had excellent knowledge of the cathedral. The length of the tour was value for money.
Reims Cathedral is known for its history, which goes back to the Medieval era. It is known as Our Lady of Reims in English, and Notre Dame de Reims in French. It is known for the Carolingian era. The Cathedral commemorates the kings and emperors of France. The Cathedral was deliberately shelled by the Germans during World War I. It was repaired from 1919 to 1938. Reims Cathedral has featured as a site of peace between France and Germany. Entering of Reims Cathedral is quite stunning, the declarations are ancient.
I signed up for the Reims Cathedral tour in July. The ticket instructions were slightly vague and directed you to a ‘meeting point’ at the Reims Tourist Office, where the guide tried to do a register of people booked on the tour. The guide was very knowledgable and provided great insight about the cathedral. She explained that this was her first English tour, yet she still delivered a very professional and well explained tour. My only issue was with the length of the event. The tour lasted nearly 2 hours and we were standing the entire time - I think a short break at the hour mark would make it more comfortable (especially in the summer).
There was a festival going on around the cathedral. Everything was totally jammed. No fault of Viator or the local provider. That said, the guide was good, but not superior. There were some facts she was fuzzy on. The cathedral was destroyed by German artillery fire during World War I. The damages from war vs the damages from age were not clearly described.
Very professional and passionate guide
Hello there Visiting the attic and roof of the cathedral is without a doubt a must-do and the guide is remarkable 😇
Great tour of the Reims Cathedral. Top-notch tourist office right next door. Excellent tour guide, funny and fascinating. Answers all questions, takes her time, and brings a real plus to the tour and the understanding of the site. A must-see! A big thank you.
Our guide was Véronique who "checked all the boxes" during our visit. A charming person with a very great knowledge of the Cathedral and the Basilica and who knows perfectly how to lead a group with authority and humor. Children will also have a nice place and a role during the visit. Thank you Veronique! Dominique and Patrice
Very interesting tour. You wouldn't have noticed as much on your own. Especially the stained glass windows and the fact that the church is longer than Notre Dame in Paris
Our guide was perfect and was able to answer all our questions. I recommend it; we learn about the history of the cathedral and the city of Reims.
Our guide was friendly and had a humorous side; she is very well informed and answers our questions as there are many events related to this cathedral.
We greatly appreciated this visit; the guide was knowledgeable and friendly. This visit made us eager to discover the museum and the church of St. Remi the following day.
A very skilled guide made the experience absolutely superb.
We appreciated the quality of the tour, but the guide had a rather weak voice. 26 people following the tour... So if you have a hearing problem, it is difficult to get close to the guide and hear her. So WAY too many people!
Very nice visit with a very good guide! Very appreciated by the whole family!
Very interesting, beautiful experience, an exciting guide to listen to! To do without hesitation! Go on!
Very interesting experience and very well presented by Véronique. Just a pity that the visit is limited to parts accessible even in free visit
It would be a shame to visit the cathedral without a guide... Laurence is passionate and exciting 😊
I want to share my experience for this guided tour with paulina I loved to learn from her I was very interesting and exciting to know the path of the statues and the view of the cathedral inside was unique and magical I had a real moment of escape Thank you very much I really recommend this experience if I had to be transparent on a small flat maybe the fact that we are a large group however the guide made me comfortable
Really a plus to have a guide to visit the cathedral. The guide was very good and attentive
Very good guide. Very didactic. This is what it takes for this beautiful cathedral rich in history (and characters and stained glass) But as we were 25 visitors, among many other tourists or young students, not easy to hear all the comments.
Our guide was Veronique, very friendly and erudite on the history of Reims and the cathedral. Beautiful presentation for 1h30 that we did not see pass....
We enjoyed this guided tour without which we would have missed the many meanings surrounding the statues, among others. The guide was particularly interesting and shared his passion for this beautiful ship that has been able to cross the centuries.
Guided tour of high quality, with beautiful lighting on the cathedral square in the coronation process of the kings of France
Guide not well understood. Why not a microphone oid? We speak reasonably French, but we must be able to concentrate. With such a large group and a lot of noise in the background, we barely managed to follow the story. Guide also told little surprising. All info could also be read in the Cathedrale.
Excellent visit, very fun and interesting, even for children (9 and 10 years). Historical reminders and modernity are mixed.
To know everything about this beautiful cathedral and learn more about our long history of France. Great guide!
Guide très intéressante et accessible. Beaucoup de détails et d’anecdotes pour imagée ses propos. Indispensable si l’on veut saisir la beauté du site.
A shame, visit canceled due to bad weather. We weren't even warned. Worse, the establishment did not offer another date or refund. The agents were not forthcoming and did not want to know anything.
A big thank you to Laurence who gave the guided tour to my cm2 students. She was able to adapt her vocabulary and keep the children's attention for 1h30!
