Over-all, very good... could have used more content on the interior of the Cathedral, and the unique carvings on the flying buttresses. Also, there was virtually no information on historic incidents inside the cathedral, i.e. Joan of Arc.

Very convenient way to tour! Would use again.

It gives enough of an overview and interesting details within a good time period. My wife and I took about 75 minutes to complete it. But it could be don’t more quickly if desired. The AI voice is fairly good but really mangles some words, both in English et en français but still, overall, a very good tour.

The tour spent 80 percent of its time outside the cathedral before it took you inside. It was not well cued so you knew what you were supposed to be looking at. It was hard to follow and not good. This cathedral should develop its own audio guide. They are missing an opportunity.

It was extremely easy to use, inexpensive, and very informative. An additional perk was not being tied to a timeline. We could do the tour whenever we pleased.

It's a pretty good tour of the Cathedral, though as others say, it's confusing to find your way around. The map didn't pinpoint all of the points of interest and the speaker didn't give any detailed orientation directions, just telling you to look at the pictures. The AI voice was really, really annoying and caused us quite a few eyerolls as it mispronunced many words and 'spoke' in an unnatural cadance. It irritated us to support a tour that had been sloppily translated and read by AI so that the tour operators could save money, but at least we didn't pay much for this. Just buy one tour for 2 people and share your headphones. Also, what helped the most was that we had already walked through the Cathedral using Rick Steves guidebook, which had already pointed out the key points of interest, so we could anticipate where this AI tour wanted us to look. The audioguide was still a good supplement, however, because it gave additional information, but glad I had done Rick Steve's better written and explained overview of the site first.

We visited the cathedral early on a Sunday morning. No guided tours were available for the only time we had. We arrived at the beginning of an early mass. We were able to see the cathedral in full operation. After the mass we were able to walk through the cathedral and view the classical architecture and the beautiful windows. Well worth the visit.

Very informative, detailed and easy to follow in the app. Much better than just wandering without guidance. Worth the price.

The concept is good. However, the guide never told you where to be. For example, stand outside and face the door. You had to figure out all this on your own. We barely used the tour after 20 minutes. I only got this because we couldn’t not get on the Viator English-speaking walking tour.

Not bad but clearer directions needed. ‘Look up’ is not sufficient. Also, cathedrals are usually covered in scaffolding, which interrupts the flow of the tour. Maybe you could cover this in your intro? Lots of good info though.

The self guided tour of the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral Reims was excellent. It led you through the church providing detailed information about aspects that you would not necessarily notice. We really enjoyed this.

Useless without an earpiece . Prevented from using the audio guide inside . Difficult to download ! !

Wasn’t comprehensive. Not up-to-date based on current repairs/activities. Focused on exterior architecture and not all the beautiful stained glass and interior features.

Very misleading, they send you a barcode as if it’s a required ticket. However you don’t need a ticket to get in. All you getting is an outdated audio tour. They need to be more specific about what they are selling. Tried contacting them and didn’t get much support other than some links.

Great guide for a tour. Very easy to follow and informative. Allowed me to experience the Cathedral at my own pace, going back over anything I missed, and to learn a lot along the way. Willing definitely use this service again if it’s available during another trip.

This was terrific! We done and very informative with lots of background information. The map and pictures helped to ensure we were in the right place for the description. We saw many in person groups walk right past things in described in this tour. The narrators voice was very pleasant to listen to.

We could not get the audio loaded; there was nobody to assists us. We ended up walking the impressive cathedral on our on. It was a waste of money and time searching the meeting point for assistance

First time I buy an experience on this type of mobile app. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the text and the explanations, accompanied by interesting and relevant photos. The speaking rate can be increased if needed, the voice is a bit metallic but it is clear and very intelligible. The listening duration and the route to follow are well-suited.

Stay away - the app, text, and flow of the tour are a primitive AI scam. Poorly curated, poorly narrated, poorly executed. And the tour is illogical in its sequence and unclear in its description.

It should be specified, before starting, that the numbers correspond to the outside and those to the inside of the cathedral because it is not obvious to click on the map.

Old large cathedral where the many guided tours the serenity was far away. No paintings, but nice statues. Beautiful glass parts in stained glass.

We were at the stadium of Reims for a few days with the camper and yes you must have seen the cathedral. What a big church, clean, really big. The exterior with all those Gothic turrets and chapels. And inside, that barge is high and hefty. The many stained glass windows are also impressive. Definitely worth a visit.
