A special shout-out to Maggie at Novotel Reims, who was absolutely fantastic during our stay. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming and spoke fluent English, which made everything very easy for us. She was also really understanding of the challenges of travelling with a young family after a long day of driving, and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and looked after. Her warmth and helpfulness made a real difference and helped make our stay a great one. Thank you, Maggie — you’re a real credit to the hotel!

Very nice and clean hotel, located about a 10-minute walk from the city center. Everything is in good shape and well maintained. We stayed in a room with one queen bed and two sofa beds, and it was quite comfortable for a family of four. There is convenient parking next door at a reasonable price. Look for the P1 sign for the entrance. Overall, a very good stay and a hotel we would happily recommend.
We had a good stay here. The main pros are: 1. Location: I was a little worried on booking that this hotel was on the wrong side of the train tracks. Most of what you’d want to see in Reims is on the other side of the tracks. But it actually ended up being fine. It’s very convenient to the train station, and there are bus stops near the station that will take you anywhere you want to go. And you can easily walk through the station to get to the other side of the tracks. Very convenient. 2. Noise proofing: Even though we could see the train tracks from our room’s window, we never heard a train. It’s a very quiet location in general. Made for a good night’s sleep. Otherwise, the rooms and service were about as expected. Nothing outstanding, but on par for the price. I would consider staying again if I visit Reims in the future.
We had a wonderful stay. Bedrooms are very quiet even if you are next to the train station. Beds are comfortable. Walking distance to the center of town. The team ( Camille, Geoffrey, Joe and Paterne) were always making sure we were satisfied and the friendly atmosphere made us feel so welcomed. Our family will not forget this boutique hotel and we are looking forward to come back. By the way, it’s kid friendly 😃.
Hotel was newly renovated. Rooms are spotless clean and actually big. But also super warm in April. Bathroom is a plastic box, but again, everything new and really clean. Everyone working there was extremely nice and helpful, everyone spoke English. Breakfast is a bit disappointing, better to eat in a patisserie outside. All in all, great value for money and a good experience: we will definitely come back.
