Perfection! The hotel checks all the boxes! Great location, air conditioning, excellent rooms, professional and courteous staff. The hotel is right on the main road with lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The staff/concierge were lovely and helped us often with recommendations and reservations. The rooms are clean and beautiful! Air conditioning is fabulous!! The continental breakfast every morning was delightful and delicious! Highly recommend!!
This post is belated. We stayed late September 2025 for my father's 80th birthday and I don't think I could stay at another hotel in Reims. From the free champagne upon our arrival while our room was finalized, to the hand written note welcoming us, to the fantastic massage in the spa, to the amazing mouthwatering dinner, this hotel really had it all. Breakfast featured hot items and healthy items as well. Everyone was truly so helpful and it really made the start of our trip so wonderful. The room was perfectly well equipped (excellent water closet with bidet). The location was excellent, we could walk anywhere in Reims and the nearby parking garage made a day trip to Epernay super easy. I have been thinking about our visit ever since and I can't wait to go back.
This was an excellent stay. The hotel is very close to the train station (less than 2 blocks) and right in the middle of everything. The staff is absolutely great and do those little things that make a difference with other hotels, like giving you glass water bottles that you can refill at the lobby, for example. We got to the hotel way too early and left the suitcase with them and left. When we got back in the afternoon, the check in was super efficient and the suitcase was already waiting in the room. Overall a great stay. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you all!
The most perfect hotel for a weekend in Reims. The team couldn’t do enough for us, thank you Tom for all you did for us and thank you for making it such a memorable stay. We absolutely loved having drinks in the bar and our room was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!
I had a wonderful three-night stay at the Continental. My room was very quiet and comfortable, and the staff was excellent. I particularly enjoyed getting to know Mateo, the bartender, and had a great time talking with other guests staying at the hotel. The Continental has such a welcoming atmosphere, and it made my visit to Reims even more memorable. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire Continental team!
