Domaine Les Crayeres

What a wonderful experience! We really loved our stay and my husband kept mentioning he’d like to come back! The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They asked in advance when we’d arrive and were waiting at the gate to welcoming us, when we arrived, the gentleman opened the gate and come warmly welcomed like a little ceremony, felt like out of a movie. The suite is very characteristic, we really enjoyed it, there’s turn down service, also a wide selection of pillow service. Only that we found some hair on the edge of the bathtub which felt a bit unhygienic. Facility wise it’s a little limited, as there are no pool or gym available which is not very ideal to me, but the castle experience and the view as well as the personal service definitely makes up for it. The location is awesome, walking distance to three major champagne wineries, perfect to touring amongst the winery and have tasting without worrying about driving the car. Many great restaurants options available too. Shoutout to the gentleman helped us with car and luggage, we really appreciate the personal engagement and the nice vibe. It’s a true castle experience, I highly recommend!

Marvellous. Location is incredible, staff extremely professional, rooms are beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The bar has a collection of rare whiskies, rhums and armagnac, in addition to having all the champagnes you could wish for.

We absolutely love this hotel. One of our favorite places in the world. It's charming and historical and still truly great service. Quiet luxury. Great breakfast. And a beautiful setting.

We unexpectedly had to cancel our stay due to a death in the family. We were within the guidelines of the cancellation, but it should be noted that the service was extremely prompt, courteous and understanding in the cancellation. Victorien responded immediately with very sincere condolences. It is rare to see such service, and we are very appreciative of the exceptional treatment. We will stay a day longer next time we book later this year due to to this.
